Penta Gas Sistems (PGS) is a leading Indonesian energy solutions provider and the exclusive partner of Galileo Technologies in Indonesia. We specialize in modular and scalable LNG solutions including small-scale liquefaction, virtual pipeline systems, regasification units, and cryogenic technologies. Our mission is to drive clean, decentralized energy access to replace imported fossil fuels across the Indonesian archipelago.

PGS is seeking a Project Manager (LNG Projects) for its upcoming Nano LNG project in Indonesia. This role will involve full-cycle project execution, from planning and procurement to commissioning, with a focus on integrating Galileo’s advanced Cryobox and Virtual Pipeline technologies. You will work closely with PGS' clients, government regulatory bodies, EPC contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Project Manager (LNG Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage LNG project lifecycle, lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of PGS' Nano LNG projects.

- Coordinate closely between the client and Galileo Technologies, and ensure alignment with global engineering standards, as well as Indonesian statutory requirements.

- Supervise PGS project team, ancillary suppliers, contractors and ensure HSE compliance across project sites.

- Handle technical integration of modular LNG systems including Galileo Cryobox units.

- Prepare detailed progress and financial reports for internal teams and government stakeholders.

- Represent PGS in project meetings, regulatory reviews, and site inspections.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil preferred).

- At least 7–10 years of experience in energy infrastructure or LNG projects in Indonesia.

- Strong knowledge of LNG technologies, cryogenic systems, and virtual pipeline logistics.

- Familiarity with ESDM, SKK Migas and others regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia.

- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).

- Proficient in MS Project or Primavera and project budgeting tools.

- PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.

- Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia, including remote locations.
