Senior Piping Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Piping Engineer to join our Oil & Gas project team. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience in handling complex engineering projects from FEED through construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead piping engineering activities across FEED, Detailed Engineering, and EPC projects.

• Manage multidisciplinary coordination with contractors, consultants, and clients

• Review and approve piping designs, specifications, and stress analysis using CAESAR II, PDMS, and Navisworks.

• Supervise fabrication, erection, and commissioning works for onshore facilities.

• Participate in design reviews, HAZOP/HAZID workshops, and constructability assessments.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

• Proven experience in Greenfield and Brownfield Design projects.

• Strong background in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design).

• Experience working as a Client Representative, including management of FEED/EPC Contractors.

• Hands-on experience in construction and commissioning phases.

• Experience in Operation is not mandatory, but will be considered an added advantage.

• Must have a proven track record in Onshore Gas Facilities construction.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in piping stress analysis software (CAESAR II).

• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling tools (PDMS, Navisworks).

• Ability to coordinate across multiple engineering disciplines.

• Strong reporting, cost estimation (CTR/TPC), and project control skills.

 

Construction Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Construction Lead to oversee and manage the execution of large-scale construction projects. This position will be responsible for the overall management of construction activities, including leading field teams, ensuring cross-disciplinary coordination, and guaranteeing safety, quality, and schedule standards are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all site construction activities from the initial phase to commissioning and start up.

• Accountable for achieving project goals in terms of HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.

• Develop and implement construction execution strategies, including logistics, accommodations, and community engagement.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, project control, commissioning, and operations teams.

• Design daily “permit to work” systems and site coordination procedures.

• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and permits, including environmental and social aspects.

• Contribute to tender and contractor/subcontractor selection processes.

• Proactively identify project risks and formulate mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• At least 20 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects within the energy sector (Oil & Gas, LNG, Power Plant, Petrochemical, Geothermal).

• Proven experience as Construction Manager / Lead on EPC projects (greenfield &brownfield), including shutdown and tie-in works.

• Experience managing over 2,000 field workers and coordinating with multiple contractors and subcontractors.

• Capable of planning logistics and accommodations in remote project areas (up to 1,500 personnel).

• Skilled in heavy lifting operations, steel structure installation, piping, cabling, and major equipment handling.

• Strong understanding of local community engagement, social issues, and local vendor development strategies.

• Able to prepare weekly project reports, support progress payments, and manage field change orders.

• Willing to work in remote project locations with high flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Safety or construction management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSP, Welding Inspector, Defensive Driving).

• Experience working with multinational PSC (Production Sharing Contract) companies such as Chevron, BP, ConocoPhillips, or Worley Parsons.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects with zero recordable injuries and millions of safe manhours.

 

Senior Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our Oil & Gas project team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, review, and optimization of process design deliverables, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective engineering solutions for major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead process engineering activities during Conceptual, Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases.

• Prepare and review process deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, process datasheets, calculations, design philosophies, and specifications.

• Conduct process simulations and performance studies to support project design and optimization.

• Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, and design review workshops to ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.

• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.

• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, instrumentation, piping, electrical, and operations groups.

• Mentor and guide junior process engineers to develop their technical capabilities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Refinery, or Petrochemical projects.

• Proven experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.

• Strong expertise in process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO-II).

• Familiarity with international design codes and standards (API, ASME, NFPA, ISO).

• Experience working with FEED and EPC contractors.

• Strong knowledge in safety engineering and risk assessment for process facilities.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Experience in onshore gas facilities and LNG projects is highly desirable.

 

Contract Engineer

Location:

Balikpapan

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the Contract related to DWI operation from planning phase to Close Out / Service Performer Review

• Conduct monitoring meeting in weekly/monthly basis with internal and other related function

• Define procurement method strategic for long term/short term planning

• Maintain the Contract / Procurement database and digital procurement timeline

Educational & Experience Background:

• Strata 1 (S1) in Engineering, Business Administration or any discipline

• Minimum 4-6 years experiences as Contract Engineer, with oil & gas industry background, preferably for drilling and well experience

Certificate / License / Skill:

• Professional License: PTK 007 latest edition

• Skills: Communication, Computer

 

Rotating Mechanical Technician

Position Overview

This role is established to perform daily maintenance tasks on rotating mechanical equipment within oil and gas operations. Technicians must adhere to HSE policies, demonstrate teamwork, and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, compressors, turbines, and other rotating equipment.

• Comply with HSE regulations and ensure safety in all activities.

• Collaborate with engineering, production, and material management teams.

• Maintain documentation and report to supervisor in a timely manner.

• Participate in training and mentoring programs to build competency.

HSE Responsibilities:

• Promote and adhere to HSE policies.

• Ensure zero discharge of hazardous materials and proper housekeeping.
