We are currently seeking the best candidates to fill vacant positions for our ongoing projects, including offshore projects, with the following details:

1. EPCI Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts and purchase orders (POs) in line with company standards and applicable regulations

• Ensure contract documentation is complete and valid, including guarantees, insurance, and variations

• Develop and execute RFQs, pre-qualification steps, and tender plans while leading commercial and technical evaluations

• Manage bidder clarifications and finalize contract documents for award

• Negotiate with vendors or EPC contractors to secure optimal commercial terms while managing risk allocations specific to EPCI projects

• Monitor post-award activities such as contract execution, delivery, logistics, variations, claims, and contract close-out

• Prepare reports on contract status, vendor KPIs, risk trends, and support quarterly audit requirements

• Coordinate with engineering, HSE, logistics, legal, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution

• Ensure full compliance with local laws, company policies, and relevant regulations (e.g., PTK-007)

• Conduct vendor pre-qualification, performance monitoring, and maintain strong working relationships

• Maintain and update vendor databases to support procurement and project needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's  degree  in  engineering,  Supply  Chain,  or  related  field Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement/SCM for EPCI/EPC tenders and projects for PSC in the upstream oil C gas industry

• Experience managing large tenders (above USD 5 million)

• Preferably has experience in Occupational Safety C Health (K3S)

• Familiarity with LNG, offshore, or large infrastructure projects is an advantage

• Strong knowledge of tendering, negotiation, contracts, Incoterms, and logistics

• Experienced in contract administration, variations, and close-out

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

2. Project HSSE Coordinator

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Ensure HSSE compliance with international C local laws and regulation, and company- specific HSSE Policy C Procedures. Manage and ensure that the implementation of day- to–day HSSE compliance with procedures.

• Lead and implement HSSE policies and procedures for the Project Activities, including monitoring and reviewing the HSSE FEED Deliverables and HSSE for EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) Oil and Gas sector.

• Provide support to define criteria and references for developing Project HSSE plan, and Ensure Project HSSE plans and Procedures are developed and implemented throughout the entire project lifecycle.

• Ensure the implementation of Contractor HSSE Management Systems, such as Risk Assessment, Project Pre-qualification, Contractor Selection, Pre Job Activity, Work in Progress and Final Evaluation compliance with SKK Migas Guidelines.

• Provide support C assist the Project engineering and management teams in the Risk Management process (i.e. HAZOP, HAZID, Hazard and Effect Management Process, Risk Assessment, etc.)

• Lead HSSE audits and inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and manage project high-risk activities.

• Oversee project emergency readiness and response plans, including drills and simulations for project activities.

• Provide support in incident investigation and reporting: Investigating incidents and accidents, analyzing root causes, and developing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years in a similar position and/or similar field in Oil and Gas

• Bachelor Degree of Occupational Health C Safety; Environmental Engineering; Others relevant engineering.

• Familiar with SKKMIGAS regulation

• Hold Valid K3-Migas Certification preferred.

• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent certification in occupational Safety preferred.

• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent preferred.

• Offshore safety certifications: BOSIET/TBOSIET preferred.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Drilling Completion Engineer

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Design well plans: casing, trajectory, fluids, cementing, BHA, and bits.

• Prepare time and cost estimates (AFE, FEED, FID).

• Draft and review drilling C completion programs and BoD.

• Provide operational support during drilling C completion phases.

• Monitor daily operations, track KPIs, and analyze costs.

• Conduct post-well evaluation and lessons learned.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Subsurface, HSE, SCM, etc.).

• Prepare and submit regulatory documents (WPCB, AFE) to SKK Migas.

• Prepare Scope of Work (SoW) and support procurement process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years in offshore drilling and completion.

• Proficient in Landmark tools (Compass, WellPlan, WellCAT) and Microsoft Office.

• Familiar with SKK Migas procedures, including AFE and WPCB processes.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Safety-conscious, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure

4. Drilling Contract Engineer

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Design and plan drilling and completion operations for offshore wells (both operated and non-operated assets).

• Prepare detailed well designs including trajectory, casing, tubing, hydraulics, mud, cementing, etc.

• Provide technical support during drilling and completion operations.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations (e.g., SKK Migas), and company HSE policies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Conduct operational surveillance, cost monitoring, post-operation evaluations, and final reporting

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of total experience, with at least:3 years in Drilling C Completion Engineering, particularly for offshore/deepwater wells. 2 years of offshore drilling field experience.

• Proficient in drilling design software such as Landmark (Compass, StressCheck, WellCAT, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of SKK Migas regulations, including WPCB and AFE preparation.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Valid certification in drilling/completion-related trainings (preferably IWCF/IADC).

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure with a strong commitment to safety

5. Project Cost Control Services

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain project cost control systems, including establishing project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost breakdown structures (CBS).

• Monitor and control actual project expenditures against budget, including tracking of commitments, expenditures, and forecasts to ensure early identification of cost overruns.

• Analyze cost variances, support root cause identification, and prepare cost performance reports (CPR) for internal and external stakeholders.

• Interface with planning, procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure cost estimates are aligned with physical progress and scheduling updates.

• Provide monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc cost reports to management, SKK Migas, and joint venture partners as required.

• Evaluate and incorporate change orders, variation requests, and contract amendments into overall cost control and forecasting.

• Support budget revisions, AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) updates, and long-term project financial planning.

• Maintain accurate records of cost commitments, accruals, invoice tracking, and interface with finance for payment status updates.

• Assist in developing cost databases, benchmarking, and lessons learned for future cost estimating and project optimization.

• Ensure compliance with internal cost control procedures and applicable SKK Migas cost recovery requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or other closely related technical/commercial fields from a recognized university.

• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in cost control or project controls within the oil C gas industry, with strong exposure to EPC and/or offshore projects.

• Proficient in cost control software (e.g., Primavera Cost Manager, EcoSys, Cleopatra, or ERP systems like SAP/Oracle).

• Strong understanding of work breakdown structure (WBS), CBS, earned value management (EVM), and cost forecasting techniques.

• Familiar with SKK Migas cost structure and financial reporting standards, including AFE, WPCB, and cost recovery frameworks.

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to interpret engineering documents, procurement data, and contract scopes for cost integration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and capable of generating detailed dashboards and reports.

• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.

• Willing to travel to project sites (onshore/offshore) when required.

6. EPC Contract Engineer

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Lead contract and procurement activities for designated offshore projects.

• Prepare and manage tender packages (CFT/ITT), evaluate bids, and recommend awards.

• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with project and company requirements.

• Administer EPCI contracts, including change orders, progress payments, and guarantees.

• Manage claims and counterclaims, conduct analysis, and prepare resolution strategies.

• Coordinate with legal, SCM, finance, and project teams to ensure compliance.

• Mentor contract engineers and promote standardization of contract processes.

• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of contracting practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).

• 10–15 years of experience in upstream oil C gas projects, with significant exposure to offshore EPCI contracts.

• Strong experience in subsea (SPS/SURF) contract management is highly desirable.

• Solid  knowledge  of  contract  drafting,  negotiation,  administration,  and  claim management.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

7. Senior Mechanical Static Engineer

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Lead the design, review, and verification of mechanical static equipment (pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers, piping supports) for offshore oil C gas projects.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards (ASME, API, ANSI, ISO).

• Perform stress analysis, fitness-for-service assessment, and mechanical integrity evaluation.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure mechanical system integration.

• Review vendor drawings, datasheets, and technical documentation.

• Provide technical support during fabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in offshore oil C gas projects, particularly EPC/EPCI.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical static equipment design codes (ASME, API, ISO).

• Experience with stress analysis software (CAESAR II, PV Elite, markdown).

• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with offshore HSE regulations and practices.

8. Senior Piping Engineer

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Lead the design, modelling, and layout of piping systems for offshore oil C gas facilities.

• Ensure compliance with piping codes (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8) and client specifications.

• Perform pipe stress analysis, hydraulic calculations, and support design.

• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, structural, and instrumentation teams for integrated design.

• Review vendor datasheets, isometrics, and PCIDs.

• Support construction, installation, and commissioning activities with technical guidance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/marine/Piping Engineering.

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in offshore oil C gas piping engineering (EPCI/EPC).

9. Senior Rotating Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Oversee design, specification, and selection of rotating equipment (pumps, compressors, turbines, motors) for offshore facilities.

• Perform equipment sizing, performance analysis, and reliability assessment.

• Review vendor documentation, datasheets, and technical reports.

• Provide support during fabrication, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.

• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to ensure proper integration.

• Implement maintenance and operational strategies for critical rotating equipment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or marine engineering.

10. Senior Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Lead design and engineering of electrical systems for offshore oil C gas platforms.

• Prepare electrical load calculations, short circuit studies, and cable sizing.

• Design and review electrical power distribution, motor control, lighting, and grounding systems.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and third-party vendors.

• Provide technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

• Ensure compliance with IEC, NEC, and client-specific standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 10–12 years of offshore oil C gas electrical engineering experience.
