PT Rekayasa Cakrawala Resources (RECARE) was established on July 27, 2006, in Jakarta by PT Rekayasa Engineering, one of the leading engineering companies in Indonesia. When it was founded, RECARE's main business was ManPower Supply to provide a professional workforce for bigger-scope projects.

We are currently taking applicants for the following positions:

1. Piping Material Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering,or other related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Piping Material Engineer in construction projects, preferably has been involved in site construction activity.

• To be assigned as Owner Engineer to provide technical support and expertise on-site for all piping-related activities.

• Liaise with contractors, construction teams, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

• Monitor and report on the progress of piping activities.

• Participate in site inspections and quality control measures such as line check and piping installation verification.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.

• Willingness to be based at the Balikpapan site.

2. Piping Stress Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering,or other related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Piping Stress Engineer, including site experience in construction projects

• To be assigned as Owner Engineer to provide technical support and expertise on-site for all piping-related activities.

• Liaise with contractors, construction teams, and other disciplines to resolve technical issues.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

• Monitor and report on the progress of piping activities.

• Participate in site inspections and quality control measures such as line check and piping installation verification.

• Willingness to be based at the Balikpapan site.

3. Contractor Representative

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 3 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Indonesia.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

• Contract Based.

4. Project Manager

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 3 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Holding a Competency of Engineer (Indonesia, member of PII) or equal.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

• Contract Based.

5. Power Plant Lead Designer/ Design Manager

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 3 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Holding a Competency of Engineer (Indonesia, member of PII) or equal

• Managing engineering design, construction, and commissioning in regard to the multidiscipline aspect including the interface.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

• Contract Based.

6. SGS Lead Designer/ Design Manager

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 3 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Holding a Competency of Engineer (Indonesia, member of PII) or equal

• Managing engineering design, construction, and commissioning in regard to the multidiscipline aspect including the interface.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

• Contract Based.

7. Lead Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 3 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Holding a Competency of Engineer (Indonesia, member of PII) or equal

• Managing engineering design, construction, and commissioning in regard to the multidiscipline aspect including the interface.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

8. QAQC Manager

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 2 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Responsibilities in Project Management.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

• Contract Based.

9. Defects Liability Period Site Manager

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 2 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Responsibilities in Commissioning.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

• Contract Based.

10. Commissioning Manager

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in Power Plant with total projects 3 and at least on 1 Geothermal project in the last 10 years.

• Responsibilities in Commissioning.

• Willingness to be based at the West Sumatra site.

• Contract Based.
