1. Sr. Facility (Mechanical Static) Engineer
Jakarta | 12 Months
Job Description:
• Lead the design and engineering of mechanical static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc. during the FEED and EPCI phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection, specification, and design of static equipment for facilities.
• Ensure that all designs comply with company and industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Develop and review technical specifications, datasheets, and design documents for static equipment.
• Conduct stress analysis, material selection, and corrosion studies for static equipment.
• Prepare Scope of Work for vendor for statics equipment.
• Review and approve vendor and contractor documentation, including drawings, calculations, and material certifications.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors, to ensure alignment and address technical queries.
• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of work experience in Facilities Engineering or Mechanical engineering role within with a focus on static equipment or Facilities.
• Must have package experience in designing, installing, and testing mechanical packaging equipment.
• Excellent Technical knowledge.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).
• Proficient in engineering tools/software.
• Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.
• English B2 (Upper Intermediate) Level
2. Sr. Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Project phase:
• Operational Readiness Planning: Lead the development and execution of operational readiness plans for new gas production facilities, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with the commissioning and start-up of gas production facilities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, project management, safety, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of operational requirements during facility design and construction phases.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all operational activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company standards, conducting audits and inspections as necessary.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation related to operational readiness activities and prepare reports for senior management, outlining progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Operations phase:
• Oversee daily operations of gas production facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize gas recovery and minimize downtime.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards, complying with industry regulations and company policies.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule downtime and manage resources Effectively
3. Sr. Interface Engineer

Job Description:
• Supports the Interface Manager in managing the necessary interactions across multiple work streams for major EPCI construction projects providing relevant expertise within the project and, coordination across the various teams.
• Ensure adequate control of all interfaces that exist for a given project’s (contract’s) scope of work. This also includes interface management between various subcontractors / suppliers / vendors and our internal units in the overall project development.
• Immediately highlighted to Interface Manager or Project Manager any potential issues related to interfaces with a cost/schedule impact.
• Produce and distribute periodically reports and will facilitate Interface Meetings on a regular basis.
• Familiarize with the contract, our contractual obligations and company specific requirements and SoW.
• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering degrees.
• 10+ years Project Experience as Company Representative at PSC Company (Upstream Oil & Gas Company).
• Solid experience in dealing with engineering and construction contractors.
• Overall understanding of entire value chain including projects, subsurface, HSE, logistics, procurement, design/construction, operation, maintenance/inspection, and integration.
• English B2 Level.
4. Sr. Project Planner

Job Description:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines. Utilize advanced planning techniques to optimize project delivery.
• Codify activities as per WBS and understand activities interrelations and reflects them in the schedule logic.
• Prepare the planned physical progress curves to establish the basis for follow up and monitoring of project progress. Coordinate the follow up of the schedule and measurement of the project physical progress to identify deviations and their causes and forecast the expected completion date based on decisions made.
• Perform schedule analysis, identifying the critical path.
• Identify and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that all project phases are adequately staffed and equipped to meet operational demands.
• Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets. Conduct regular risk assessments and update risk management plans accordingly
• Work closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of project activities. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to drive project success.
• Track project progress against established milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management. Implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions. Ensure transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Engineering degrees or Project Management, or a related field is required.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Senior Project Planner in the upstream oil and gas sector, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Extensive background in planning and scheduling for EPCI projects, including familiarity with onshore operations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and methodologies. Familiarity with industry-standard tools and practices is essential.
• English B2 Level.
5. Sr. Process Safety Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Implement Safety Systems: Create and maintain comprehensive process safety management systems for gas production facilities.
• Risk Assessments and Safety Audits: Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design and implement effective safety systems and protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Incident Investigations: Lead investigations into safety incidents and facilitate lessons learned sessions to prevent future occurrences.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive and solid experience in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Classification& Verification, FERA, QRA and MAH Register.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process safety within the upstream oil and gas sector, with a focus on gas production.
• Proven experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) projects, particularly those for Gas production facilities that have progressed to the production stage.
• Familiarity with carbon capture and storage technologies and their application in gas production facilities would be a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety and environmental standards. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Construction Lead
Jakarta | 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all site construction activities from the initial phase to commissioning and start-up.
• Accountable for achieving project goals in terms of HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and implement construction execution strategies, including logistics, accommodations, and community engagement.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, project control, commissioning, and operations teams.
• Design daily “permit to work” systems and site coordination procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations and permits, including environmental and social aspects.
• Contribute to tender and contractor/subcontractor selection processes.
• Proactively identify project risks and formulate mitigation plans.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 20 years of experience in managing large-scale construction projects within the energy sector (Oil & Gas, LNG, Power Plant, Petrochemical, Geothermal).
• Proven experience as Construction Manager / Lead on EPC projects (greenfield & brownfield), including shutdown and tie-in works.
• Experience managing over 2,000 field workers and coordinating with multiple contractors and subcontractors.
• Capable of planning logistics and accommodations in remote project areas (up to 1,500 personnel).
• Skilled in heavy lifting operations, steel structure installation, piping, cabling, and major equipment handling.
• Strong understanding of local community engagement, social issues, and local vendor development strategies.
• Able to prepare weekly project reports, support progress payments, and manage field change orders.
• Willing to work in remote project locations with high flexibility.
• Safety or construction management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSP, Welding Inspector, Defensive Driving).
• Experience working with multinational PSC (Production Sharing Contract) companies such as Chevron, BP, ConocoPhillips, or Worley Parsons.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects with zero recordable injuries and millions of safe manhours
7. Construction Supervisor
Jakarta | 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site and ensure all work is performed in accordance with issued for construction (AFC) drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
• Supervise contractor performance and provide technical guidance and solutions to address site condition deviations.
• Conduct field inspections and monitor progress to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Support the preparation and review of QA/QC documentation and site acceptance certificates.
• Ensure strict compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems and safety protocols.
• Assist in the interface between construction, engineering, and operations teams.
• Review contractor construction documents including Project Execution Plans, HSE Plans, and QA/QC Plans.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports to project management on construction progress and field issues.
• Assist with commissioning preparation including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 25 years of experience in construction coordination, quality control, and engineering, with at least 15 years in the oil & gas industry (onshore & offshore).
• Proven experience with major projects in companies such as Chevron, ConocoPhillips, and Repsol.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards and construction procedures including pipelines, roads, tanks, steel structures, and utility systems.
• Hands-on experience coordinating civil, mechanical, piping, and structural disciplines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead field coordination and safety meetings.
• Excellent understanding of construction safety practices and international codes/standards (ASME, API, AWS, ACI, etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools and site documentation.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and has at least B2-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Fit for field work and able to be placed in remote project locations if needed
• Certifications in HSE, QA/QC, or Construction Management (e.g., LOLER, Confined Space, Work at Height, Basic Fire Fighting).
• Familiarity with brownfield and greenfield projects including compressor stations, well pads, jetty construction, and civil infrastructure.
• Experience in preparing project control documents and assisting commissioning teams
