MIPCON Group of Companies is established  as an integrated industrial solution provider in Indonesia starting from Project Conception phase as Engineering and Consultancy Services Provider, to Execution Phase as Project Management Consultant, EPCIC Contractor, then to Post Project as Plant Services provider, for Industrial & Energy Sectors such as Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Chemical as well as Agro & Mineral Processing Industries.

We are hiring for marketing, project manager, site manager, supervisor, project control, process engineer, civil design engineer, instrument engineer, corporate strategi, and mechanical static engineer

1. Marketing

Requirement :

• Minimum education of D3/S1 (Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree)

• At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development

• Attractive appearance

• Good communication skills

• Possess vision, resilience, and strong commitment

• Able to confidently present to clients

• Preferably with organizational experience

• Willing to travel for business trips outside the city

2. Project Manager

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field

• At least 7-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries

• Comprehensive understanding of project management: Knowledge of all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and project completion

• Leadership and team management skills: Able to lead and manage project teams effectively, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments

• Budget management: Able to plan, manage, and monitor project budgets accurately and handle budget deviations

• Risk management: Capable of identifying and managing project risks, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget

• Strong communication skills: Able to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and management

• Safety and quality standards knowledge: Understands and applies safety and quality procedures in projects

• Efficient resource management: Ensures the efficient and optimal use of resources throughout the project

• Reporting and presentation skills: Able to prepare regular project progress reports and present them to management

• Willing to be assigned to project sites and travel as needed

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and effectively handle project challenges

• Have SKK (madya /utama) or CPM certification from BNSP / Migas

3. Site Manager

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or a related field

• At least 3-4 years in project management, preferably in the EPC industry, with a minimum of 3 projects managed

• Basic understanding of project management processes, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning

• Able to assist in planning, coordinating, and managing project activities

• Knowledge of project scheduling and cost control systems

• Strong communication skills and able to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with project management software and tools

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a plus

• Have SKK Certification (madya)

4. Supervisor

Requirement :

• Minimum education of Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the EPC industry

• Able to lead and supervise a team in the execution of project tasks

• Strong managerial skills to manage resources, schedules, and project budgets

• Knowledgeable in and able to implement safety and quality standards in the field

• Able to prepare regular reports and communicate project progress to management

• Strong communication skills and able to interact effectively with the team and stakeholders

• Able to work under pressure and handle challenges in the workplace

• Willing to work in the field and travel to project sites.

5. Project Control

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in a project control role, preferably in the EPC sector, especially in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects

• Strong knowledge of project management processes, including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and progress monitoring

• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or other relevant project control tools

• Ability to develop and manage project cost control systems, perform cost forecasting, and conduct variance analysis

• Expertise in developing and managing project schedules, including resource allocation, milestone achievement, critical path analysis, and delay mitigation strategies

• Ability to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize the impact on project schedules and budgets

• Understanding of the EPC project lifecycle as a whole, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases

• Able to prepare clear and detailed project control reports and communicate progress and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and process large volumes of data

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, management, and internal teams

• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and in challenging environments

• Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and safety procedures in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects

• Willing to be based at project sites and travel for business trips as needed.

6. Process Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or related field

• At least 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in relevant industries such as petrochemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of process design, including the creation of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and system performance analysis

• Proficient in engineering calculations such as equipment sizing, pipe sizing, pressure analysis, and pump calculations

• Ability to prepare technical proposals in line with project requirements

• Proficient in software such as HYSYS, AutoCAD, or other relevant process design and simulation tools

• Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement in existing systems or processes

7. Civil Design Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience at an engineering consultancy firm.

• Experienced in managing engineering projects, particularly in the FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and/or DED (Detail Engineering Design) phases, and capable of presenting a portfolio of completed work as proof of professional competence.

• Proficient in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, or other relevant tools that support structural design and analysis activities.

8. Instrument Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field

• At least 3-5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering, preferably in the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical industries

• Knowledge of design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems for process control and automation

• Proficient in instrument programming software and tools

• Ability to read and create Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), and understand control processes and associated instrumentation systems

• Familiar with industry safety standards and regulations, and quality procedures relevant to the industry (such as API, IEC, or local standards)

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot instrumentation systems and associated electronic devices

• Capable of performing technical calculations related to calibration, signal flow, and instrument characteristics

9. Corporate strategy

Requirement :

• Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline

• At least 5 years in corporate planning or a similar field

• Knowledge of Corporate strategy, corporate finance reporting, and policy implementation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in managing Weekly and monthly management meetings

• Managing Business plans and assisting with planning for each division

10. Mechanical Engineer

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) / Diploma 4 (D4) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Additional certifications in Pressure Vessel Design, Boiler Design, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage (e.g., ASME, API).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EPC projects or related industries, with a focus on the design and analysis of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, tanks, and HVAC systems.

• Experienced in the design, analysis, and calculation of static mechanical equipment using relevant software.

• Proficient in mechanical design and analysis software.

• Capable of performing stress analysis, thermal expansion, and fatigue analysis

• Familiar with the inspection and certification processes for static equipment in accordance with ASME, API, and PED standards.

• Experienced in preparing engineering deliverables such as material requisitions, datasheets, fabrication drawings, reports, and test procedures.

• Willing to be based at the head office in Jakarta and assigned to project locations throughout Indonesia.
