We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

51. Senior Specialist Telecommunication

JOB ROLES

• Review, analyze, and identify requirements and (existing and future) technology design and propose Telecommunication System for Corporate and project purpose: Provide and recommend input about telecommunication system plan, strategy and development program based on company/project programs and activities in order to ensure standard telecommunication system that align with company activities and project;

• Analyze, propose, and develop telecommunication systems, and its security; Review, monitor, and recommend telecommunication requirements for various routine operational and project activities that are provided by internal company and/or external company; Design and develop automatic monitoring system and integration of all communication systems; Review, recommend, and improve telecommunication system quality in order to ensure reliability and availability of telecommunication systems in line with Company policy, procedures, and quality standards and Standard Operating Procedures in particular aligning with standards such as Telecommunications Act and local regulations;

• Develop and provide recommendations of telecommunication service level, technical standards and work processes through map workflow analysis, problem identification and analysis, user approval for service process; coordinate and monitor telecommunication services conducted by external parties and evaluate contractors, suppliers, and/or consultants; Continuously analyze the service delivery trend data and follow up on business improvement opportunities for telecommunication requirements in order to ensure telecommunications and contractors quality of service in line with determined quality standards;

• Maintain records and ensure physical locations of all telecommunication system inventories (telecommunication satellite, fiber optic, Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, Internet, VSAT, Telephony System, Field Communication, Radio Conventional, Radio Trunking, Phones, and any other main telecommunication media access); maintain all systems related to internet and network in close coordination with related Groups, and monitor their performances in order to ensure telecommunication system and equipment are maintained and recorded properly in line with Company policy, procedures, and quality standards;

• Develop and propose telecommunication policy, procedures, and standards including user manual and frequently answer and question (FAQ) and other telecommunication guidance; create training material and socialize telecommunication guidance to related parties through various media such as intranet, manual book, and others; to enhance telecommunication devices user-friendliness;

• Produce documentation of telecommunication support and submit the document to Information Management (Document Management) Team; in order to provide documentation of telecommunication development;

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other related disciplines.

•  A minimum of 10 years experiences in the telecommunication field, with at least 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry.

 

52. Senior Specialist ERP

JOB ROLES

• Monitor, review, and analyze change & improvement of information system technology, business processes, and the trend of relevant technology; Participate in creating IMT and ERP project plan including ERP objective, planning and target, IMT system development life cycle and roadmap to ensure optimum IMT and ERP support for company activities;

• Participate in creating ERP project plan, define the strategic implications of the project and determine the requirements Lead the analysis and development of ERP requirements and establish ERP portfolio and ERP system specifications (such as Information Management, Document Management, Portals); Recommend ERP development project steps and implementation; to ensure ERP requirements, portfolio and system specification meets with company requirements and to achieve successful ERP implementation;

• Analyze business requirements and information & data related to ERP implementation; Resolve ERP system issues and provide improved services based on problem and feedback review; Analyze and formulate solution which is most fit for purpose, effective, and efficient ERP implementation;

• Review, evaluate and select strategic and tactical delivery service providers to execute INPEX Jakarta Office ERP requirements; Oversee and manage the handover of enterprise IMT development into the support environment, manage and review their performance in order to ensure ERP implementation support INPEX activities in Indonesia;

• Test programs to eliminate errors and bugs to ensure that program meets user requirements; Generate feedback from clients about ERP module implementation and issues related to legacy IT systems and applications, as well as user feedback to deliver improved service to ensure that the systems and IT aspects of the project are functioning smoothly to ensure glitch-free working environment for project staff;

• Lead the defining and writing process for program specification; Oversee the preparation of software manuals and operation guides specifying methods of operation and maintenance of system; Prepare technical report on the operation of the systems; Involve in enterprise architecture awareness in the organization; Ensuring the compliance between the enterprise architecture and solution architecture by leading and coordinating solution architecture reviews;

• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical &  Telecommunication Engineering, or other related discipline.

•  A minimum of 10 year experiences in IT solution analysis, development, support &  maintenance.

•  Having experience in business process analysis and IT solution in Oil & Gas Company/ Industry is preferred.

 

53. Senior Specialist Cost Estimator

JOB ROLES

• Develop and analyze project cost estimation and forecasting method and best practices especially in oil and gas company; Develop and recommend project cost estimation model with considering economic outlook, market trends, funding, interests, exchange rates, inflation, and other economic indicator that influence project cost estimation model and forecasting; in order to ensure project cost estimation is reliable as a guidance for taking decision;

• Develop and propose project cost breakdown structure and its coding; Discuss  and coordinate with related department to identify and define cost estimation for each stage of project work activities; Analyze and evaluate proposed project cost estimation through validation data and schedule with scope of work in order to ensure availability of valid project cost estimation;

• Develop and establish risk analysis for project cost estimation, and sensitivity assessment on cost profiles; Coordinate with related department and/or cross-department team to gather input or recommendation for project cost estimation and cost profile based on their perspective  in order to minimize unpredictable risk probabilistic of project cost estimation;

• Review and monitor the change of cost variables values influencing project cost estimation for current and future short term period and update project cost estimation; Provide analysis and recommendation on cost estimation changes in order to ensure availability of updated and valid project cost estimation;

• Develop and propose regular and impromptu report of project cost estimation status for overall project stages;

• Coordinate project estimation documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents, and others both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.

 

54. Senior Change/ Risk/ Trends Management Engineer

JOB ROLES

• Coordinate and facilitate inter-department and/ or cross-department team to assess project risk, trends and change in every stage of project and implement management system/ control applied in the Company and provide advance expertise and broad knowledge to achieving business project through the organization (Business continuity plan, disaster recovery plan);

• Review and evaluate project risk, trends and change method applied in the Company and monitor the effectiveness to identify and define project risks, and propose change or revision and analyze the trends in order to ensure the method is reliable to provide project profile/ figures;

• Review, analyze and control project change, risk and trends management best practices in global world especially in oil and gas projects, and in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters and related department to develop and propose change and risk management strategy; plan and evaluate trends management in order to ensure availability and reliability for overall project;

• Coordinate project change, risk and trends management documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents and other both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention periods; Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Lead to document and communicate change activities;

• In coordination with project team and related department, develop and propose project plan such as risk avoidance, risk sharing, risk reduction and risk transfer, develop and propose contingency plan and budget for the project stages with high - profile; Determine potential trends and articulates/estimates trend impacts to project cost and schedule in a timely, accurate and logical manner in order to reduce and minimize impact of unexpected occurrence on project plan;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand the impacts of the change and project implementation plan to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives;

• Propose general understanding of the specific scope, execution strategy, and estimate content about Trends and Project Changes to ensure effective integration of risk, change and trends management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, having experience in project engineering or project management team of which at least 5  years spent for risk or change management.

 

55. Administrative Assistant

JOB ROLES

• Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.

• Administer overall record management, maintain confidential records and files, maintain records of decisions, arrange for payment (as in authority), research and assist preparation of motions, policies, procedures, etc.

• Administer overall division and departmental’s meetings, conduct coordination, schedule and act as liaison officer for departmental events and forums.

• Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal and/ or external communication for appointed Division.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in any discipline. Secretary graduates is preferable.

• Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software.

• Good English Proficiency.

• Familiar with clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping.

• Have knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management.
