7. HVPD (High Voltage Partial Dischareg) Analyst Specialist
Job Descriptions :
• Partial Discharge Detection & Monitoring:
• Use specialized equipment such as PD sensors, acoustic sensors, and ultrasonic testing devices to detect and monitor PD activity in high-voltage assets.
• Implement continuous or periodic PD testing as part of the condition monitoring process.
Data Collection & Analysis:
• Collect and analyze data from PD tests to determine the severity and location of the discharges.
• Interpret PD patterns and signatures to assess the condition of the insulation material and overall health of the equipment.
• Use software tools to analyze waveforms and spectra related to PD signals.
Diagnostic Interpretation:
• Identify the causes of partial discharge, including insulation defects, moisture ingress, or electrical stress.
• Provide diagnostic insights to help in making informed decisions about the maintenance or replacement of affected equipment.
Reporting & Recommendations:
• Create detailed reports that document the findings from PD testing, including analysis of trends over time and recommendations for remediation or preventive measures.
• Provide guidance to maintenance teams and engineers on appropriate corrective actions.
Preventive & Predictive Maintenance:
• Work as part of a team to incorporate PD monitoring into a broader predictive maintenance strategy, helping to schedule repairs or replacements based on data-driven insights.
• Recommend insulation improvements or upgrades to reduce PD activity and enhance equipment reliability.
Testing and Calibration:
• Calibrate and maintain PD testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
• Perform on-site testing in various types of high-voltage environments (e.g., substations, power plants).
Qualifications :
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Advanced certifications in condition monitoring or PD analysis can be advantageous.
• Practical experience in high-voltage systems, with specific expertise in partial discharge testing and analysis.
• Familiar power line Transmission and Distribution
• Have an experience on UV-Partial Discharge data analysis at least 3 years

8. Machinery Expert
Job Descriptions :
Machine Inspection and Maintenance:
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on various types of machinery (e.g., pumps, compressors, conveyors, CNC machines).
• Identify potential issues through condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and other diagnostic tools.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution:
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures, breakdowns, and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Use a range of techniques, such as using machine manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software, to identify problems and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with other maintenance and engineering teams to address complex issues.
Repairs and Overhauls:
• Lead or oversee machinery repairs, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to industry standards.
• Manage machinery overhauls, including the replacement of parts, alignment, calibration, and testing.
• Coordinate with external contractors or suppliers for specialized repairs or part replacements.
Optimization and Efficiency Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for improving machinery performance, reducing energy consumption, and enhancing productivity.

• Monitor and analyze machine data, such as cycle time, temperature, vibration, and pressure, to optimize performance.

Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure that machinery operates in compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.

Training and Support:
• Provide guidance and technical support to machine operators and other team members.

Project Management and Coordination:
• Manage or participate in machinery installation, relocation, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for machinery maintenance, repairs, or upgrades.
• Ensure that machinery-related projects are completed on time and within budget.
• The Lead Construction is responsible for designated area delivery of construction.
• The Lead Construction responsibilities include implementing HSSE plans and procedures based on the principle of Zero Accidents, No Harm to People and No Damage to the Environment.
• Lead Construction will oversee the activities of the personnel, assets and any accountability to the construction area.
Qualifications :
• A Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Hold minimum International Certified Vibration Analyst / Specialist: Category II according to ISO 18436.2 or Level II according to ASNT SNT-TC-1A, AND
• Hold minimum Level-I infrared thermographer international certification, comply with (ANSI / ASNT CP-105 & CP-189) or equal, OR
• Hold minimum International Certified of Machinery Lubricant Analyst Level I from ICML (International Council for Machinery Lubrication) or equal OR
• Hold minimum Ultrasound (ASNT-TC-1A Airborne/Structure Borne Ultrasound Level I

9. Machinery Lubricant Analys Specialist
Job Descriptions :
Lubricant Analysis and Testing:
• Collect and analyze lubricant samples from machinery and equipment to assess their condition.
• Perform various laboratory tests, such as viscosity, contamination levels, wear metals, oxidation, and moisture content, to determine the health of the lubricant.
• Use advanced techniques like spectroscopy, particle counting, and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) analysis to identify lubricant degradation or contaminants.
Lubricant Selection and Optimization:
• Recommend appropriate lubricants for different machinery and operating conditions based on the results of the analysis.
• Optimize the lubricant types and quantities used to enhance machine performance, extend service life, and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure that lubrication schedules and practices are followed to maintain machinery efficiency.
Condition Monitoring:
• Monitor lubricant performance over time to identify early signs of equipment wear, contamination, or operating inefficiencies.
• Set up and manage condition monitoring programs to track lubricant quality and machine health in real-time.

Job Descriptions :
Thermal Imaging Inspections:

• Use infrared cameras and other related equipment to capture thermal images and temperature data from machinery, electrical panels, transformers, motors, pipelines, HVAC systems, and building envelopes.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Analyze infrared images and thermal data to identify potential problems, such as electrical faults, motor failures, excessive heat generation, poor insulation, or leaks.
• Use thermal analysis software to process and interpret temperature differences, comparing them against predefined thresholds to detect early signs of equipment failure or energy inefficiencies.
• Identify areas that require corrective action, such as components needing maintenance or repair.
Reporting and Documentation:

• Project management: As a lead engineer, you will be responsible for managing engineering projects from start to finish. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
• Technical expertise: You will be expected to have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the project. Your expertise will be utilized to provide guidance, solve complex engineering problems, and make informed decisions to drive the project forward.

• Use handheld ultrasound devices or permanent sensors to measure sound waves and detect abnormalities such as air leaks, mechanical wear, cavitation, friction, and corrosion.
• Perform routine inspections or specialized tests based on scheduled maintenance or specific fault detection needs.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
• Analyze ultrasound data to identify anomalies, such as changes in frequency, amplitude, or waveform patterns, which may indicate mechanical or electrical issues.
• Interpret ultrasonic waveforms to diagnose issues like bearing wear, leaks, misalignments, or internal material flaws.

• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including components such as bearings, motors, pumps, pipes, and valves.
• Experience with ultrasound testing software and diagnostic tools, as well as condition monitoring software.
