1. Vibration Analyst Specialist
Job Descriptions :
• Perform regular vibration monitoring and data collection from various machinery, including pumps, motors, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, and other rotating equipment.
• Work with maintenance and engineering teams to address issues and optimize machinery performance.
• Generate detailed reports and interpret findings for various stakeholders, including engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.
• Document all vibration analysis activities, including measurements, findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
• Develop and execute predictive maintenance schedules based on vibration data trends and analysis.
• Recommend preventive maintenance tasks and inspection schedules to mitigate unplanned downtime and extend the life of machinery.
• Integrate vibration analysis data with other predictive maintenance technologies like infrared thermography and oil analysis.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in vibration analysis, condition monitoring, or maintenance of rotating equipment.
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies and practices.
• Hold a valid minimum International Certified Vibration Analyst / Specialist: Category II according to ISO 18436.2 or Level II according to ASNT SNT-TC-1A

2. Ultrasound Analyst Specialist (International Sertificate)
Job Descriptions :
• Conduct regular ultrasound inspections of machinery and systems such as bearings, pumps, compressors, valves, and electrical equipment.
• Use ultrasonic instruments (e.g., ultrasound detectors and analyzers) to detect high-frequency sounds that indicate issues like friction, leaks, or electrical discharges.
• Analyze ultrasound data to identify abnormal sounds and early indications of potential equipment failures.
• Diagnose mechanical issues such as bearing wear, leaks, lubrication problems, and electrical faults (e.g., arcing, corona discharge).
• Implement and maintain ultrasound-based condition monitoring programs for critical assets and systems.
• Recommend and schedule corrective or preventive actions based on ultrasound findings to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasound instruments, ensuring proper functioning and calibration according to industry standards.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ultrasound testing, condition monitoring, or predictive maintenance.
• Knowledge of vibration analysis or other predictive maintenance technologies is a plus.
• Hold a valid international certification UE system

3. Infrared Analyst Specialist
Job Descriptions :
• Conduct Infrared Inspections: Perform infrared imaging and thermal inspections on electrical systems, machinery, buildings, and other equipment to identify potential issues such as overheating components, leaks, or energy inefficiencies.
• Analyze Thermal Data: Process and interpret infrared data to detect temperature irregularities, hotspots, and areas of concern, using advanced software tools and methods.
• Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports summarizing infrared findings, potential risks, and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Maintenance Support: Provide support in predictive maintenance by identifying equipment or system failure points based on thermal analysis, helping to prevent unscheduled downtimes.
• Equipment Calibration and Maintenance: Ensure that infrared equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and functioning optimally.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, engineering, and safety departments, to communicate findings and advise on solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and guidance to other team members in infrared data collection, interpretation, and equipment usage.
• Safety Management: You will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures on-site.

4. Infrared Thermographer Specialist
Job Descriptions :

• Analyze the collected thermal data to identify potential issues, including hotspots, moisture problems, poor insulation, and electrical faults.

• Implement predictive maintenance strategies by identifying early signs of equipment failure or safety hazards.

5. Lube Oil Analyst Specialist
Job Descriptions :
• Collecting oil samples from machinery, engines, or other equipment at regular intervals or when needed.
• Performing laboratory analysis of lubricating oils to determine their condition, including viscosity, contamination, wear particles, acid number, and other relevant properties.
• Analyzing the chemical composition of lubricants to detect signs of contamination (e.g., water, dirt, or fuel) or degradation.
• Interpreting laboratory results to assess the health of the lubricant and identify potential issues with the equipment or machinery (e.g., excessive wear, overheating, or contamination).
• Preparing detailed technical reports based on analysis, outlining the results and offering recommendations for maintenance or oil changes.
• Using analysis data to recommend oil change intervals, lubrication enhancements, or additional maintenance measures.
• Ensuring that the instruments and equipment used for oil analysis are properly calibrated and maintained.
• Troubleshooting issues with oil testing equipment and recommending repairs or replacements when necessary.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor degree or diploma in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
• Hold a valid Minimum International Certified of Machinery Lubricant Analyst Level II from ICML (International Council for Machinery Lubrication) or equal
• Previous experience in oil analysis, lubrication management, or maintenance engineering is often required.

6. Gas Enginee Analyst Specialist
Job Descriptions :
• Technical Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze data from gas engines, turbines, and compressors to monitor performance, identify issues, and generate reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports, including performance analysis, equipment failures, and maintenance schedules.
System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:
• Monitor real-time data to ensure gas engine operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues in the gas systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams to resolve operational problems.
Optimization & Efficiency:
• Recommend improvements to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce emissions in gas engine operations.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory standards in gas engine operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and participate in safety audits to ensure all operations meet required safety standards.
Project Support & Development:
• Assist with the design and implementation of new gas-related projects or improvements to existing systems.
• Provide technical expertise during the installation, testing, and commissioning phases of gas engine projects.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and management, to provide technical expertise and solutions.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that complex issues are understood.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in gas engine operations, analysis, or similar technical roles.
• Familiarity with gas turbines, compressors, and related equipment.
• Experience working in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of gas engine mechanics, thermodynamics, and system optimization.
• Familiarity with gas engine monitoring and diagnostic tools.
