To support our Organization, we are looking for motivated person and target progress oriented to join our team for the positions as follow:

1. Corporate Plan & Change Management Manager

Bachelor Degree in Engineering and possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Oil and Gas Construction Company. Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and success. Having experience in analyzing market data, assess industry trends, and identify opportunities for business development.

2. Senior Asset Management

Bachelor Degree in Engineering and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in Oil and Gas Construction Company. Responsible for overseeing the assets of an organization. This includes tracking, maintaining, and updating the assets of the organization. The specialist is responsible for ensuring the assets are in good condition and that all necessary maintenance is completed.

3. Senior Marketing Engineer

Bachelor Degree in Engineering and possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in marketing or proposal management for all service of EPCIC Oil and Gas Projects, Infrastructure, Power Plant, Refinery/Onshore sectors. Have good relationships and connections with the Government and the private sector to support marketing works. Excellent communications, interpersonal skills and presentation skills; equally adept at one-on-one and group communications; a team and business builder who understands and creates an attractive company culture;

4. Yard Manager

Bachelor Degree in Engineering and possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Oil and Gas Construction Company. The person shall be responsible for the smooth operation in the yard to ensure the improvement of efficiency and productivity in the Yard. The person shall be responsible for the provision of safe working tools and equipment and healthy working environment, clean and appropriate for working for all workers. Skilled in the co-ordination of multiple interfaces across functions. A strong work ethic, willing to working in highly changeable environments, meeting tight deadlines whilst delivering high quality outcomes. Committed to collaborative working and creator for a good team environment. Fluent in English. Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.

5. Project Manager

Education: Master Degree in Engineering o Economics. Professional qualification/Chartership is a plus, such as PMP, CIOB etc. certification.

Experience: Project Manager in the Oil and Gas sector EPC/EPCI with 10-15 years of experience.

Project management: Ability to plan, execute and monitor projects related to the exploration, exploitation or production of hydrocarbons.

Leadership: Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team, motivate team members and foster collaboration.

Risk Management: Competence in identifying, assessing and mitigating project risks, as well as developing risk management strategies.

Communication and Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, facilitate problem solving and maintain positive relationships.

Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of processes, technologies and regulations specific to the oil and gas industry as well as an understanding of the technical aspects related to projects.

6. QA/QC Manager

Bachelor Degree in Engineering and possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in QA/QC of upstream oil and gas project. The person must have undertaken at least one (1) similar upstream offshore Central Processing Platform projects as QA/QC Manager. Familiar with welding, non-destructive testing and relevant codes and standards. Should be able to plan, organize, co-ordinate and delegate the workforce for the execution of quality control and inspection. Qualified IRCA Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015, holding NDT Certification Level II (RT/UT as minimum), qualified as Welding Engineer (IWE certified) and/or Welding Inspector (CSWIP 3.1 preferable).

7. Offshore Installation Manager

Bachelor Degree in Engineering and possesses a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in Installation of upstream oil and gas project. The person must have undertaken at least two (2) similar upstream offshore projects and at least one (1) float-over installation operation as Installation Manager. The person shall be conversant with International, Marine, Indonesian and Company Legal and Statutory regulations/specifications/codes and procedure.

8. Project Control Manager

Education: Bachelor Degree;

Experience: At least 5-10 years of Experience gained in EPFC projects in the Oil & Gas/ Energy/ Chemical industry; Knowledge of modularized systems; Experience already gained in JV projects; Availability to spend time on site quite frequent; Fluent communication in English. Among the soft skills: Ability to manage/relate to potential multi-ethnic teams; Ability to mediate and work under pressure.

9. Contract Manager

Basic Job Requirements

• A minimum of six (6) years of experience in contract management, including contract administration and supply chain management, supporting large engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction/construction management (EPC) projects.

• An accredited degree or global equivalent in Business, Construction Management, or Law.

• Willingness to relocate to project office and field locations for varying durations.

• Proficiency in English (C-level).

• Strong understanding of the construction industry and EPC contract language.

• Extensive knowledge of the Supply Chain process and contract package formation.

• In-depth experience in work change, claims preparation, evaluation, and negotiation.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing and negotiating contract terms and conditions, specifically for offshore contracts, marine construction, and modularization/fabrication of offshore structures on a lump sum, unit price, and cost reimbursable basis.

• Advanced degree such as a Master's in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, a Law degree (Juris Doctor), or a global equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of the Pre-Award process.

• Experience in formulating multiple compensation structures, including but not limited to, reimbursable cost, lump sum, and unit price.

10. Senior Corporate & Project Legal

Bachelor Degree in Business Law and possesses a minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in Oil and Gas Construction Company. The person should be able to handle General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS). Detail oriented and good competencies in Contract Drafting, Legal Analysis and Legal Opinion. The person should be experience in handle EPCIC Contract. Having a legal licensed is preferred.
