Sr. Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Requirement:

• Minimal memiliki Pendidikan S1 Teknis (Bachelor of Engineering Degree)

• Minimal 15 tahun pengalaman kerja di K3S (PSC) dibagaian Operation & Maintance untuk Gas Facilities.

• Pemahaman yang kuat tentang proses produksi gas, standar keselamatan, dan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan di Industri Migas dan perusahaan.

• Pengalaman kerja dalam mengelola  pemeliharaan (Maintanace) pada failitas produksi Gas.

• Memiliki pengalaman terkait Operation Rediness untuk Fasilitas Gas yang baru dari masa EPCI hingga fase Operasional.

Sebagai catatan profile yang dicari wajib punya pengalaman di perusahaan K3S/PSC baik sebagai staff atau TPC.

 

Permit Specialist

Job Summary: The Permit Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating all permitting activities for upstream oil and gas operations. This role ensures compliance with all regulatory Requirements and facilitates the timely acquisition of necessary permits to support exploration, drilling, facilities construction and production activities.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Permit Management:

• Identify and obtain all necessary permits and approvals from local, state, and regulatory agencies for upstream oil and gas projects.

• Coordinate with related government agencies and regulatory bodies to acquire and renew permits.

• Ensure all permits for projects are in accordance with local, regional, and national regulations and Requirements.

Documentation: Prepare and submit permit applications, including the supporting documents and other required documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, community stakeholders, and internal teams to facilitate the permitting process and address any concerns or objections.

• Act as a liaison between the company and government agencies, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as HSE, Operations, and Legal to align permitting strategies with project objectives.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track permit status and expiration dates to ensure timely renewals and avoid operational disruptions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all permits, licenses, and approvals.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to permitting processes and develop mitigation strategies.

Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in legal, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in upstream Oil & Gas Industry.

• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and permitting processes.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 

Sr. Facilities Mechanical Static Engineer (TPC Position)

Job type: Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Mechanical Static Engineer to join our team Project Management Team for a Contruction of a gas production facilities (green field) with CSS capabilities. This role is crucial for the successful execution of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) phases of our upstream oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on static equipment, extensive experience in upstream oil and gas facilities, and a proven track record of leading engineering efforts in complex projects.

Job Description:

• Lead the design and engineering of mechanical static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc. during the FEED and EPCI phases.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection, specification, and design of static equipment for facilities.

• Ensure that all designs comply with company and industry standards, codes, and regulations.

• Develop and review technical specifications, datasheets, and design documents for static equipment.

• Conduct stress analysis, material selection, and corrosion studies for static equipment.

• Prepare Scope of Work for vendor for statics equipment.

• Review and approve vendor and contractor documentation, including drawings, calculations, and material certifications.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project Requirements.

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors, to ensure alignment and address technical queries.

• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 20+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering role within with a focus on static equipment for upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Excellent Technical knowledge.

• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).

• Proficient in engineering tools/software.

• Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.

 

Sr. Pipeline Engineer.

Job Description:

• Responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining quality pipeline systems for onshore gas facilities and to ensure the budget and schedule are met as per company Requirements.

• Perform engineering studies such as hydraulic and stress analysis to determine pipe sizing, pressure ratings, and pipe supports, and other studies as required.

• Select appropriate materials for applications.

• Provide pipeline technical deliverables and ensure they are delivered according to the project timeline.

• Review and comment on 3D model, procedures, material classes, vendor data and study reports.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on engineering task.

• Response to any technical query regarding any issues related to pipeline based on latest standard engineering practice.

• Provide engineering reports in a timely manner.

• Provide technical input for tender plan, technical evaluation and presentation related to pipeline items.

• Ensure proper procedures in place and in line with the standard engineering and statutory Requirements.

• Participate in quality control assessments.

• Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.

• 20+ years of experience in pipeline engineering role within Oil and Gas industry with Project experiences covering from Conceptualization, Pre-FEED, FEED, EPC until Operation & Maintenance.

• Excellent Technical knowledge of pipeline engineering.

• Proficient in engineering tools/software.

• Good understanding of contracting, procurement, and commissioning.
