We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

1. Senior Engineer Project Engineering (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Review and prepare technical inputs on Project risk assessment and analysis; Review and analyze Project Execution Strategy and Plan; Develop stakeholder interface management development and implementation; Monitor and administer Engineering schedule and resource plan; Monitor and review Quality Control / Assurance Plan to ensure that the project is carried out according to target and project planning taking into account technical aspects, risks and resources;

• Monitor and review Front End Engineering/Detailed Design Performance and Progress including Schedule, Cost and Quantities; Implement and review Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, SIL etc.); Assist  relevant department to develop Project Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Advise and assist residence engineering team with respect to day to day issues; Analyze and recommend  plan and mitigate any potential issues ahead of time in order to ensure OLNG Dual FEED project progress achieve the target with optimum cost and resources;

• Coordinate Residence Team activities; Support and assist  Residence Team Manager to prepare project planning, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews; Review, monitor and compile contractor resource availability to ensure project milestones and objective are met, the work complies with all relevant government and international regulation, align and/or above INPEX Indonesia  technical, cost and HSSE expectations with sufficient resources;

• Provide input for project tenders in the FEED phases and OLNG project engineering technical and evaluation for EPCI tender proposal related to Onshore LNG plant (OLNG) development project, in order to select the appropriate contractors. submitted by prospective contractors/ vendors;

• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance; Monitor, review and resolve any issues with contractor during contract implementation to ensure contractors performance achieve according to contract;

• Monitor and communicate any change and/ or deviation of elements, specification, process, system and others that are proposed in the each of FEED phases, implementation of company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/ or deviation for project engineering meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;

• Create and maintain safety behavior by working with Contractor to Demonstrate HSSE risk is ALARP; Monitor compliance to HSSE Requirements Per Jurisdiction/Area/Activities; Manage and monitor Compliance to Permitting Requirements to ensure OLNG activities according to HSSE and comply with rules, regulation and company guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in engineering or Technical Science; Tertiary degree in Engineering is preferable

• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry, a minimum of 4 years’ LNG experiences.

 

2. Senior Specialist Budget Controller

JOB ROLES

• Compile and prepare initial and revised WP&B and AFE development; Coordinate and collaborate with project management teams and budget owners to discuss and recommend project WP&B in order to ensure the availability of WP&B for Abadi project activities;

• Prepare and recommend WP&B and AFE discussion strategy with stakeholders; Review and analyze project WP&B and AFE discussion process; Provide expertise on WP&B and AFE negotiation process and also recommend solution if any challenge arise during WP&B and AFE discussion to ensure the smooth process of discussing WP&B and AFE in a timely manner;

• Monitor and review WP&B and AFE realization; Identify and analyze the needs to revise WP&B and AFE; Assist and support budget owner on preparing revise budget/AFE with related data and information; Compile and recommend budget / AFE revision to ensure adequate budget / AFE for supporting Abadi project;

• Assist and support AFE close out process; Identify and inform which AFE Close out to be submitted. Analyze, coordinate and prepare data and report for AFE Close out discussion to ensure the timeliness of the discussion and the completeness of AFE data Close out;

• Analyze and develop procedures and guidelines for WP&B, AFE, and Budget Control process for INPEX Indonesia in order to ensure the availability of standards for the preparation of WP&B, AFE and budget as a reference and for the process to run efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in oil & gas industry and having experience in PSC Company.

 

3. Senior Specialist Project Control

JOB ROLES

• Monitor and review project Contractors work progress; Analyze and recommend project Contractors target, strategy and schedule, and other development service as well as project management system; Monitor and assist project planning and schedule alignment, interface and integration in the each of project plan and phases in order to ensure Contractors target and project planning and schedule are in place as a reliable guidance;

• Prepare project Contractors performance guidelines; Review and analyze INPEX Indonesia project plan and schedule; Recommend project Contractors performance indicators; Conduct and analyze project Contractors performance review process and result to ensure project Contractors performance according to project planning and schedule with deliverable according to agreeable contract; 

• Prepare and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in tenders related to project Contractors requirement; Analyze and evaluate project Contractors based on evaluation process; Provide technical advice in project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;

• Review and monitor any change and/or deviation of engineering design, technical standard, and contractor deliverable MDR (Management Deliverable Register), provide recommendation to implement Company policy and procedures related to any change/deviation of engineering design, tracking system and record, as well as its interface program; communicate the change to related Parties; in order to ensure engineering design change/deviation comply with Company policy and procedures, and technical standard;

• Monitor project documents incoming and outgoing administration, filing system and documents retention; monitor communication, correspondence, and relationship with approved Contractors related to project contracts; in coordination with other departments and groups develop project report regularly and impromptu; to ensure project administration meet Company policy, procedures and standards, and project report submission within the timeframe;

• In coordination with related departments/groups, collect data and prepare plan of INPEX Indonesia project including its supporting documents to be submitted to SKK Migas, Assist and support to expedite project approval process from INPEX Indonesia Management and SKK Migas; Monitor and review project contractors, provide recommendation and solution to arisen issues and/or problems; in order to ensure documents completeness within the timeframe.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineering.

 

4. Senior Engineer Electrical (OLNG)

JOB ROLES

• Develop, prepare and recommend electrical engineering design, project plan and target based on FEED/EPCI phase; Monitor and conduct electrical engineering strategic plan and detailed design according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of project phase as guideline; Monitor, review and coordinate OLNG electrical engineering including specification development and project schedule with related department in order to ensure availability of integrated OLNG electrical engineering project plan;

• Compile and prepare Work Program & Budget and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) based on SKKMIGAS requirement including its supporting documents; Conduct and support internal approval process as well as approval from SKKMIGAS; Assist and prepare process and document as required to get approval from the Head Quarters, Management, Business Partners, and SKKMIGAS; Implement, review and recommend strategy to accelerate the approval process to ensure complete and accurate OLNG electrical engineering budget and project schedule submission;

• Review, analyze and report any change occurrence in electrical engineering OLNG; Implement and monitor MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; Coordinate and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure any changes arisen in electrical engineering OLNG is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost;

• Provide review and analysis on electrical engineering tenders document and process; Provide technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors; Coordinate and conduct Contractors/Vendors manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed electrical engineering and preparation in order to provide recommendations for electrical engineering in OLNG contract and tender process and its terms and conditions;

• Monitor and review Contractors’ works related to OLNG electrical installation in overall OLNG project with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information in the each of project phase; Analyze and recommend solution on any issues and arisen problems; Create and prepare report OLNG electrical installation status for related department in order to ensure OLNG electrical installation meet engineering/technical standards (DEP), and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall OLNG electrical installation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degrees in the above is preferable.

• A minimum of 10 years of work experience. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.

 

5. Senior Engineer Project Engineering (OLNG)

6. Specialist Drilling HSE

JOB ROLES

• Record, review and analyze Drilling HSSE Management System implementation at INPEX Indonesia (includes policies, strategies and objectives); Review and recommend HSS Management System improvement based on implementation in INPEX Indonesia with regarding international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and HSS Management best practices to availability HSSE management system in INPEX Indonesia drilling activities that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia HSS expectations and covers all levels of operational practices;

• Conduct, assist and review HSSE socialization and communication program in Drilling department & project as well as for Drilling Contractors; Prepare and coordinate socialization and communication program schedule and content; Review, evaluate and report socialization and communication program and method to ensure HSSE communication programs in Drilling department & project achieve the target;

• Coordinate, implement and monitor HSSE training programs in Drilling department & project; Coordinate with Drilling contractors for Drilling HSSE training program; Review, analyze and recommend Drilling HSSE training syllabus based on INPEX Indonesia activities, rules & regulation and best practices to improve the Drilling HSSE Management System awareness and competencies for Drilling and related personnel;

• Assist the assurance processes and risk assessment for Drilling project and activities at INPEX Indonesia; Assist and monitor Drilling HSSE audit process based on audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia HSSE Management System requirements; Prepare and recommend assurance processes report and Drilling HSSE Audit report to ensure HSSE Management system being implemented in Drilling project and activities INPEX Indonesia according to policies, strategies and objectives;

• Assist and monitor HSSE incident report in Drilling project and activities according to standards, procedures and tools; Prepare HSSE Incident report coordinate with related Department leader including related Drilling contractors in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Participate in inspection and investigation process to ensure HSSE incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and HSSE international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations;

• Conduct Drilling HSSE Management System documentation and related documents; Analyze and recommend Drilling HSSE Management System documentation; Maintain and monitor Drilling HSSE key performance indicators; Prepare Drilling HSSE regular and incidental report for management review to comply with INPEX Indonesia guidelines and HSSE international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry

• A minimum of 6 years in the drilling industry

 

7. Senior Engineer System Engineering

JOB ROLES

• Responsible for the overall Systems Engineering. Contribute and assure the basis of design, functional design and execution specification and multiple FEED deliverables. Responsible for ensuring sufficient quality of deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project;

• Provide sufficient depth of analysis of functional requirements and associated impact on an optimized scope. Review and responsible for subsea process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation, subsea connector selection, sparing logic and application of redundancy across the system as well as preservation, storage (wet park) and maintenance decisions. Responsible for leak detection and annulus management requirements and scope solutions analysis;

• Responsible for Subsurface, Wells, Flow Assurance, FPSO, and Export Pipeline. Analyze Subsurface and Flow Assurance advancements technically during FEED with attention to change management. Perform as an active leader in SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

•  A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry including Project Delivery with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Subsea Engineering. Experience in Subsea Project execution of EPCI and achieving start-up and first production is preferable.

 

8. Senior Subsea Production System Engineer

JOB ROLES

• Influence team members and contractors to deliver FEED successfully. Responsible for contribution and assurance of the Subsea Production System scope in key project deliverables.

• Provide technical expertise which include contributions and assurance of the SURF FEED deliverables relating to Subsea Production System facilities. Define the subsea choke design and supplier selection pool to accommodate life of filed service for the Abadi high rate, high thermal cycle operations. Responsible for advancing certain SURF In-house deliverables from previous project work.

• Manage project value drivers during decision making and managing threats and risks within the scope and cost promises established at FEED contract award. Provide contribution on hazard management to the SPS portion of the project integrating with contractor and HSSE & Sustainability Team.

• Contribute and assure on subsea facility design decisions balancing tradeoffs between manufacturing, fabrication, integration, and installation.  Collaborate with EPCI suppliers to optimize the total installed EPCI cost.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science, preferably in Marine Engineering. Advanced degrees in the above is preferable.

•  Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Subsea project experiences are required.

 

9. Manager Health & Safety Management System

JOB ROLES

• Manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System that includes policies, strategies, and objectives that compatible with international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines. Establish H&S Management plans and programs, including best practices to ensure application and implementation of H&S policies, strategies and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia H&S expectations and covers all levels of operational practices;

• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving H&S Management System socialization and communication programs including all related H&S activities; to ensure H&S communication programs achieve the target in enhancing H&S awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties;

• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving H&S Management System training programs to improve the H&S Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees;

• Manage the assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment; Lead and manage H&S audit process by developing and maintaining H&S audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units;

• Develop, manage, maintain and review H&S incident reporting standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrence and analyze/find out the root causes to ensure H&S incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and H&S international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations;

• Develop, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System documentation and related documents; Develop, maintain and monitor H&S key performance indicators, Coordinate H&S reporting and management review regularly to comply with INPEX Indonesia guidelines and H&S international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.

• A minimum of 15 years and ever hold managerial position in Oil and Gas Company/ Industry at least 5 years.

 

10. Lead People Development

JOB ROLES

• Monitor Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; coordinate the team to review current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; coordinate the team to develop and propose people development plan and program; in order to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with Company strategic plan and target;

• Coordinate, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; coordinate to screen employees according to the criteria; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan;

• Lead the team to prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; evaluate people development program effectiveness and the program impact to such employees; in order to ensure people development programs match to the need of Company succession planning;

• Coordinate competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party, monitor assessment method implemented in the assessment process and review the assessment result; coordinate and monitor in updating employee competency database; in order to ensure competency assessment process meet Company quality standards and competency assessment result of determined employee is valid and update as a base of development program implementation or in fulfilling Management/Company plan;

• Coordinate and monitor to develop and propose format and system of knowledge management, monitor and evaluate knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; coordinate and monitor to develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards;

• Coordinate to provide explanation of employee education support and other policy related to people development and procedures to such employee, to ensure education support policy and procedures are implemented properly and well-informed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• A minimum of 13 years’ experience with a minimum of 3 years experiences in oil & gas industry.
