PT TRIGUNA INTERNUSA PRATAMA is subsidiary of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk, a holding company invested in clean energy business. We have expanded our business in energy and utilities sector - among others, gas infrastructure pipeline, supply and operation of gas compressor facilities, gas production facilities, LPG discharge terminals, provision of operation and maintenance (O&M) services for oil and gas pipelines and geothermal plants, to the provision of clean water facilities (SPAM). Its scope of work and business expansion has also reached various regions in Indonesia such as West Java, Central Java, East Java, Banten, Jambi, and Riau.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Min. Diploma Degree from Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or related discipline
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions of gas compressor
• Preferably capable for overhaul Waukesha and Caterpillar engine, gas compressor (Ariel, Dresser rand, Ingersoll rand and VRU)
• Good analytical thinking, teamwork and cooperation
• Preferably domicile in Cilegon

9. MVS SPECIALIST – (Code: MVS)
1. ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION - (Code: E&I)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to inspect all electrical, instrumentation and control system equipments in engine compressor: diagnose problems, root cause analysis during troubleshooting, and determine extent of necessary repairs; monitor and schedule repairs, corrective and routine preventative maintenance
• Ability to calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and instrumentation tools, such as valve system, PLC / DCS module, transmitters, analyzers, switches, relays etc
• Monitor and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity to minimize problems and downtime
• Perform lockout / tagout, starting/stopping of equipment, and perform equipment checks
2. MECHANIC - (Code: MECH)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to inspect engines, compressors, and mechanical equipment: diagnose problems, root cause analysis during troubleshooting, and determine extent of necessary repairs; supervise and schedule repairs, corrective and routine preventative maintenance
• Ability to overhaul, repairs and maintenance engines, compressors, pumps, turbines, and motors.
• Detailed awareness of compressor components including lubrication systems, shut-down systems, loading and unloading valves, pistons, valves and electrical systems
• Monitor and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity to minimize problems and downtime.
• Perform lockout / tagout, starting/stopping of equipment, and perform equipment checks
3. OPERATOR – (Code: OPR)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ability to prepare and operate all equipments of all compressor units, check and control temperature and pressure parameters, such as: pressure, temperature, flow rate etc
• Ability to read, monitor and record data in the logsheet and making monitoring reports
• Perform corrective maintenance processes or activities including identifying troubleshoots through ESM (Engine System Manager) data, conducting troubleshoot surveys and carrying out corrective maintenance work in accordance with procedures and policies
• Monitor and stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity to minimize problems and downtime.
• Perform lockout / tagout, starting/stopping of equipment, and perform equipment checks
4. PROCUREMENT OFFICER – (Code: PROC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct socialization process of procurement SOPs
• Provide information needed in procurement's planning and work budget
• Analyze and verify the specifications and quantity of goods and services in the Purchase Request from each user
• Conduct surveys and analysis of vendor portfolios according to the needs of the company's procurement of goods and services
• Provide supporting information and recommendations related to the bidding process, including preparation of bidding documents, making announcements/invitations, aanwijzing, and preparation of Purchase Orders/contracts
• Carry out the asset purchase process, including the delivery of goods, verification of the suitability of goods, to the preparation of payment documents
• Prepare routine maintenance schedules, carry out routine inspections, and prepare monthly reports on movable and immovable assets to ensure that all assets can be used whenever needed
• Arrange procurement lead time
• Coordinate the entire process implementation of shipping and storing goods on site, to ensure the safety conditions, conformity of documentation, quantity, specifications and quality with user requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Management/Economy or any related field
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions (preferred in energy sectors)
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Hands-on experience with purchasing software
• Understanding of supply chain procedures
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to conduct cost analyses
• Good Negotiation skills
5. HR & GA OFFICER – (Code: HRGA)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing day-to day HR operations related to employee lifecycle administration, recruitment, data processing, payroll and administration
• Partnering with site coordinator related to the operations of HR including payroll management, time management, industrial relation, BPJS, PPh21 and others relating to employee matters
• Provide administrative project support: budgeting, project monitoring and ensuring data quality
• Prepare and conduct the standards operating procedure of general affairs
• Maintain offices facilities and infrastructure services to support daily company operation
• Manage company’s asset insurance, maintenance and inspection including company’s car services periodically
• Conduct building maintenance regularly
• Ensure the availability of office supplies and general household
• Keeping good relationship with outside parties such as local government, local police, building security, building owner, utilities company etc
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree from Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related HR discipline
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions (preferred in energy sectors)
• Required Skills: HR Management, General Affairs, Logistic Management, Vendor/Supplier Relationship Management
• Strong data analytical, critical and logical thinking, administration skill and having experiences in using HRIS
• Good communication, interpersonal and influence skill, teamwork, adaptive and able to work under tight schedule
6. FINANCE OFFICER - (Code: FIN)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Check and carry out cashflow management activities which include: conducting bank reconciliations with Sales Bills, Purchase Receipts, and other bills, checking the availability of cash funds, conducting cash management activities
• Submitt a request for petty cash funds, and record and control the use of funds for petty cash
• Record and archive checking accounts, payment receipts, updating total balances, cash and bank position reports, petty cash books, bank receipts and disbursements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting /Economy or related field
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions (preferred in energy sectors)
• Good knowledge of financial procedures and regulations
• Experience using financial software
• Strong numerical, data analytical and administration skill
7. ACCOUNTING OFFICER - (Code: ACC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare journals and its adjustments, such as monthly sales journals, payment receipt journals, sales reports and gas/COGS supply reports for all related parties
• Prepare financial transaction data and verification of accuracy of input into the financial system/software, as well as compiling reconciliations and journals as material for financial statements
• Collect and analyze financial data to make financial reports such as compiling actual vs budget operating expense reports
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting /Economy or related field
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions (preferred in energy sectors)
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations
• Experience using accounting software
• Strong numerical, data analytical and administration skill
8. HSE OFFICER - (Code: HSE)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and conduct health, safety and environment program in accordance with company’s strategic and plan
• Conduct and evaluate health, safety and environment practices, regulation, audit, assessment, inspection and incident / accident investigation for preventive and mitigation system and continuously improvement
• Conduct and evaluate health, safety and environment training and induction, constantly promoting health, safety and environment awareness to all employees and contractors
• Conduct and evaluate risk assessment studies and health, safety and environment regulation and provide recommendation to reduce the hazards to As Low As Reasonable Practicable (ALARP) as preventive plan
• Prepare, coordinate and conduct emergency response plan requirements to ensure the company’s business need
• Maintain, update and evaluate all health, safety and environment related records and documentations to provide feedback on the effectiveness of health, safety and environment management system manual and procedures
• Provide effective communication for company and other liaison professionals from regulators, local authorities to ensure the company comply with health, safety and environment standards
REQUIREMENTS:
• Min. Diploma Degree from Public Health, Engineering or related discipline
• Possess AK3 Umum/K3 Migas certificate is an advantage
• At least 3 (three) years’ experience in similar positions (preferred in oil and gas industry)
• Required Skills: HSE Management System, HSE Risk Management, and HSE Operation & Project
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and SMK3
• Familiar with QHSE administration and documentation system
• Good conceptual thinking, impact and influence, teamwork and cooperation
9. MVS SPECIALIST – (Code: MVS)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide activity reports related to MVS in Star Energy Geothermal Salak area
• Receive & Manage contractor’s monthly DIM/Gtrack report data for reporting to Star Energy Geothermal Salak
• Verify operational and non-operational vehicles (light vehicle & heavy vehicle)
• Provide defensive driving (MVSP) training to all contractor drivers
• Able to contribute, create and revise MVS procedures
• Coordinate meetings (safety driver forum) for 3 Star Energy Geothermal assets (Wayang Windu, Darajat & Salak)
• Run the driver authorization process program and the MVS campaign program
• Become a facilitator for RCA and part of the investigator for MVC incidents (motor vehicle crashes)
• Able to perform RHA (Road Hazard Assessment) in Star Energy Geothermal Salak area
REQUIREMENTS:
• Have a certificate and experience as an inspector of LV and HE vehicles for 5 years
• Understand lifting & rigging
• Able to perform RCA cases of vehicle accidents
• Understand the laws and regulations related to transportation
• Have experience in driver authorization process, MVS campaign program, MVS Training program, Light Vehicle and Heavy Vehicle Inspection program
• Mastering Ms. Office
• Able to work in a team
