Star Energy sees constant oil, gas production from Kakap PSC

Indonesian energy firm Star Energy said on Thursday that oil and gas production from Kakap PSC in West Natuna Sea for this year would remain the same as last year at 7,000 BPD and 58MMCFD, respectively.

CEO Supramu Santosa said that crude production would go down by 10 percent next year due to natural decline, while gas production would remain the same.

Star energy is the operator of Kakap PSC block. Gas production from the block is entirely sold to Singapore through pipeline.(bernard)
