We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

 

21.  Senior Engineer FPSO Commissioning & Start-Up

JOB ROLES

• Recommend and evaluate commissioning support for Construction/ Commissioning activities of the FPSO Sub systems, systems and units;

• Recommend expertise and know-how in supporting FPSO engineering contractors and vendors to develop and deliver the commissioning plans for the project;

• Drive efficiency through commissioning and safety reviews and Prepare commissioning strategy in Program PEP and provide input commissioning requirements;

• Design and develop strategies of executing the offshore pre commissioning and commissioning plans for all FPSO related systems, subsystems, facilities, units;

• Design and develop start-up plans and providing engineering support to construction teams during the start up.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor in Engineering; Tertiary degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is preferable.

• Minimum of 10 years’ Oil and Gas experiences. Experiences in FPSO commissioning and start-up are required.

 

22. Senior Engineer Mooring Systems

JOB ROLES

• Monitor and review mooring system and technology best practices and improvement around the world and provide recommendations and advance knowledge in selecting/screening the most effective and efficient mooring design in Masela block; develop Mooring System plan based on deep analysis, engineering principles and philosophy, strategy and engineering standards;

• In coordination with internal team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works related to Mooring System FEED including interface and integration, Mooring System engineering aspects, HSSE requirements, economic and financial perspectives, and other matters in developing Mooring System project strategic plan on Masela block; provide recommendations and technical input on Mooring System engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors; in order to ensure Mooring System FEED meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the Masela block characteristics;

• Review, monitor, conduct and evaluate risk assessment on developed Mooring System FEED including Mooring System engineering risks possibilities of any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed by related Parties, monitor and review Company MOC availability and develop Company MOC policy and procedures if necessary; in order to minimize/mitigate unpredictable risks, and any change and/or deviation of Mooring System design and engineering comply with Company policy and procedures, meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles;

• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; coordinate and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation on the Contractor`s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; prepare report of FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering interface with other FPSO Group, SURF, and HSSE as well as FPSO Hull/ Marine interface data and development status; in order to ensure FPSO Hull/ Marine engineering execution achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;

• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select Mooring System study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or any other relevant Faculty. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.

 

23. Senior Risk Management Engineer

JOB ROLES

• Coordinate and facilitate inter-department and/ or cross-department team to assess project risk, trends and change in every stage of project and implement management system/ control applied in the Company and provide advance expertise and broad knowledge to achieving business project through the organization (Business continuity plan, disaster recovery plan);

• Review and evaluate project risk, trends and change method applied in the Company and monitor the effectiveness to identify and define project risks, and propose change or revision and analyze the trends in order to ensure the method is reliable to provide project profile/ figures;

• Review, analyze and control project change, risk and trends management best practices in global world especially in oil and gas projects, and in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters and related department to develop and propose change and risk management strategy; plan and evaluate trends management in order to ensure availability and reliability for overall project;

• Coordinate project change, risk and trends management documentation and record, keep and maintain data, information, archives, documents and other both in softcopy and hardcopy in line with Company policy and procedures, and implement file retention periods; Develop and deliver effective change plans and change reporting in conjunction with the Change Lead to document and communicate change activities;

• In coordination with project team and related department, develop and propose project plan such as risk avoidance, risk sharing, risk reduction and risk transfer, develop and propose contingency plan and budget for the project stages with high - profile; Determine potential trends and articulates/estimates trend impacts to project cost and schedule in a timely, accurate and logical manner in order to reduce and minimize impact of unexpected occurrence on project plan;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and project delivery and to understand the impacts of the change and project implementation plan to ensure that transformation strategy and transition planning meet program objectives;

• Propose general understanding of the specific scope, execution strategy, and estimate content about Trends and Project Changes to ensure effective integration of risk, change and trends management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, having experience in project engineering or project management team of which at least 5  years spent for risk or change management.

 

24. Superintendent Project Contracting

JOB ROLES

• Coordinate and monitor in developing procurement plan of EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Constructions, and Installations) and drilling on Abadi project based on user Departments, manage developing of integrated EPCI and drilling annual procurement plan (APP), and propose the APP to INPEX Management; manage identification of change plan and control the impact on procurement plan and execution.

• Control and evaluate the accomplishment of services bid plan package related to EPCI and drilling; manage bidding of EPCI and drilling project according to procurement strategy and target, proper respond on exceptions; to ensure EPCI and drilling procurement process achieve excellent compliance with the prevailing SKK Migas procurement guidelines.

• Monitor and control sourcing and purchasing related to EPCI and drilling projects, involve in negotiation of services procurement; to ensure all transactions meet Company policy and procedures.

• Control in obtaining SKK Migas approval on Abadi EPCI and drilling project procurement which values above US$ 5 million; to ensure bid plan package and bid award package are completed and approved on time.

• Monitor the administration fulfillment of contract implementation for Abadi Project to ensure contracts are covered by valid Performance Bonds and valid Insurances.

• Coordinate with related Department (HSSE and Sustainability Department) in completing certification for bidders which serve medium and high-risk job in the Company project; to ensure bidders with high risks services/job are certified according to Company policy and procedures.

• Control and Monitor the logistic fulfillment of contract implementation for Abadi Project to ensure logistics coordination expenditure with the best economical way.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• A minimum of 13 years’ experiences in the Oil and Gas industry.

 

25. Specialist Operation Contract & Procurement

JOB ROLES

• Collect information with regard to user department’s annual procurement plan for preparation of Procurement List.

• Prepare Prequalification Document package and Tender Plan package which will be submitted to SKK Migas, submit such document package to SKK Migas and lead the discussion with SKK Migas to obtain approval.

• Carry out market survey, prequalification and tender process for goods and services in compliance with prevailing procedure and regulation and conduct negotiation to seek best technical and commercial proposal favorable to Company.

• Arrange Contract Award and ensure that respective bonds and insurance are valid; Manage Post Contract Award administration to ensure that all procurement documents are complete and easy to retrieve for future use; Provide support in procurement reporting, contract close out and audit response.

• Provide support to the Project team in monitoring Contract implementation after Contract Award including delivery of goods and services and prepare Contract Amendment and/or Variation Order documents as deem necessary.

• Provide expertise and support to SCM Department in managing and undertaking strategic and tactical activities such development of SCM procedures, guidelines, reports, promote safety and zero incident, local content target and achievement, National Capacity Building, vendor database and performance, discussion and maintain good relation with SKK Migas, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas Company (PSC).

 

26. Specialist Social Performance

JOB ROLES

• Review and analyze the requirement of international best practices in social and environment and/or non-technical aspects including developing social impact assessment and implementation plan; Develop and recommend alignment of social program and initiatives in in compliance with IFC Performance Standard requirements

• Review, identify and summarize local stakeholder issues and concern; Conduct social and political risk analysis and link risks to the project’s risk register, and incorporate relevant findings and feedback into project design and engineering; Analyze and evaluate local stakeholder’s response and feedback to INPEX Indonesia projects and operation; Integrate feedback from public and government stakeholder engagement (including community consultation) and social baseline into project decisions, e.g. selection and development of preferred alternative to achieve stakeholder alignment, stakeholder engagement and ensure social and community acceptance of the Company presence and project in the working area.

• Develop Social Performance/Community Affairs needs of the project – especially working in direct coordination with Project team; Develop recommend and implement stakeholder engagement tactic to deliver social and community understanding and acceptance of the project and to support implementation of land and community affairs work

• Develop, coordinate and monitor execution of project external stakeholder engagement and field-level community affairs work; Monitor the day-to-day work of the team on social issues, working in close coordination with Project team and other field-level staff from INPEX and construction contractor(s); Train project members to handle issues arising during construction and how to appropriately manage and document those issues and any feedback received.

• Lead required stakeholder consultation, including e.g., organizing and leading public consultation and leading delivery of other social and stakeholder engagement related components of permitting deliverables; Plan and implement project specific consultation with consideration of stakeholder timelines; Oversee the design and implementation of the Grievance Mechanism to manage stakeholder complaints associated with field activities of project and comply with Indonesian regulatory impact assessments

• Build awareness of land and community stakeholder issues in project team and with contractors through execute and maintain Public and Government Stakeholder Engagement Plan; Develop and implement project level external stakeholder engagement database/management system; Develop, monitor and update exit strategy and stakeholder data management and tracking systems to ensure commitments made to Public and Government Stakeholders are captured in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 5 - 10 years of experiences with at least 3 years in Oil & Gas or Mining industry

 

27. Specialist Financial Audit

JOB ROLES

• Facilitate and coordinate government audit as an auditee in compliance with the clauses in the PSC and Government Regulation by managing the audit data and documentations and attending various audit meeting including report for meeting result; Contribute and provide support to external audit (e.g. public accountant audit, joint ventures/partners audit, etc.) and internal audit to ensure internal audit and external audit process meet the plan and target

• Facilitate any communications and requests from Auditors as focal point regarding the overall audit process; Communicating with other related user department in order to collect data and information to be provided to Auditors; Review and analyze draft audit findings and prepare responses in coordination with related user departments, monitor and follow-up audit results with auditors and reporting audit status.

• Support the AFE Closed Out process by providing the detail transactions of AFE, checking completeness of documentations and submit the package of AFE Closed Out Report to SKK Migas.

Facilitate the AFE Closed Out audit process by preparing the financial working paper, ledgers and transactions as well as actively involved in any discussion with SKK Migas auditor.\

• Prepare and submit Financial Monthly Report (FMR) and Financial Quarterly Report (FQR) for operator project to Government (SKK Migas) to ensure financial report availability and submission within the timeframe, and financial report is accurate and reliable in timely manner; monitor and follow up necessary action for any inquiries made by SKK Migas; conduct review and analyze on the FQR/FMR in regular basis.

• Support the preparation, discussion, and submission of Work Program & Budget (WP&B), particularly for the administrative cost budget figures and produce Outlook Report as a monitoring tool to analyze the comparison data among budget, actual and outlook; maintain good correspondence and communication with SKK Migas and Budget team; manage any inquiries and requests from THQ and other departments, especially in preparing actual data and analysis

• Assist in performing the efficient operation of Indonesia Finance function with respect to all Finance matters including but not limited to prepare correction journal for audit; prepare Oil and Gas Lifting Report; prepare DMO Invoice; and review AFOP and AFGI.

• Keep update any regulations and quickly disseminate changes in the regulations to the business; Monitor and improve internal business process in finance area for any correction action to be made and issue working guideline.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

• Minimum 2 years experiences in a reputable public accounting firm with preferable additional background in Oil and Gas Industry
