PT. Archi Indonesia, Tbk is an Indonesian based pure gold mining company, with a focus on gold in Indonesia, with the head quarter in Jakarta. Our subsidiaries in Manado - North Sulawesi,  PT. Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT (CODE : SS-III/25)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties :

• Oversee and manage all site security operations on a day-to-day basis;

• Lead and participate in regular coordination meetings with the Security team and Site Police;

• Review, update, and develop security documentation, training plans, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) programs;

• Prepare and submit monthly security reports to the Security Department Head;

• Monitor and review the budget and cost allocation on a monthly basis to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;

• Evaluate and document the performance of employees and contractors;

• Develop and implement security risk assessments, threat analyses, and mitigation strategies to minimize risks to company operations;

• Conduct regular inspections of all security facilities and provide recommendations for improvements;

• Maintain good relationship and coordination with public security in regard to security issues;

• Perform other duties as assigned.

 Requirements :

1. Completion of Degree in any discipline from university;

2. Has valid Gada Utama certification and Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP);

3. Min. 3 years experience as Security Superintendent and 5 years experience as Security Supervisor in mining industry and National Vital Object;

4. Completion of Intelligence & Investigators  course;

5. Proficient in Ms. Office and Presentation skill;

6. Has valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A & C), able to operate a vehicle both on and off-road;

7. Physically fit to endure sustained periods of exertion in extreme tropical environment;

8. Excellent communication skill, fluent in English is an advantage;

9. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

CIVIL SUPERVISOR (CODE : CS/III/25)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties :

• Set up the outsourcing team and allocate resources on a weekly and daily basis in coordination with the Planning Section;

• Ensure successful field execution of the project in terms of timing and progress;

• Ensure fieldwork complies with the designated design and standards;

• Provide daily progress updates;

• Draft the closing report and hand over the project upon completion;

• Manage outsourced manpower, material requirements, and tools for daily project tasks;

• Oversee safety management during construction in the mining industry;

• Manage environmental aspects during construction in the mining industry;

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

1. Minimum of a Diploma in Civil Engineering;

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in general construction, with experience in the mining industry being an advantage. Knowledge of civil works and design, safety protocols, and equipment is required;

3. Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and CAD;

4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure;

5. Knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and safety protocols;

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; 

7. K3 Konstruksi certification and/or POP certification is an advantage;

8. Able to demonstrate awareness of corporate safety and environmental practices.
