Job Title: Budget Analyst

Purpose:

Corporate financial reporting and budget analysis.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular budgetary analysis reports for management; MASTRO Reporting.

• Prepare regular (monthly) budget reports for Department Managers.

• Assist with budgetary analysis and resolve Department Manager queries.

• Provide other budgetary analysis as required.

• Handling MASTRO reporting to Head Office.

Job Title: Chief Completion Engineer

Purpose:

To coordinate well engineering activities, completion/workover - well testing and wireline/rigless.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Overall technical integrity of D&C design, compliance with well project objectives.

• Well design and operational sequence optimization.

• To prepare engineering programs covering whole well activities (drilling, completion, workover, well testing and wireline/rigless). Support Well Operations manager to prepare budget.

• Liaise with Exploration and Technical Departments in order to define suitable well design, operational sequence and cost reduction. Carrying out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well operations with recommendations of new techniques required.

Job Title: Completion Engineer

Purpose:

• Responsible for developing optimized completion designs in hydrocarbon wells, in particular development and workover wells in deep water environment, incorporating the most appropriate technologies and construction methods.

• To secure well integrity and barriers in place.

• To draft completion operations plan and support its execution by providing engineering advise and updating, when necessary, well design and execution plans.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• In charge to prepare well completion programme and optimize the design from technology standpoint, capable to exploit the production rate requested by Reservoir to maintaining well integrity and well barriers in place.

• Prepare completion programs including all information as specified in Company procedure and applying engineering best practices.

• Prepare cost breakdown estimation and AFE of wells completion.

• Support the projects approval process internally by the Company and/or with Stakeholders and Local Authorities.

• Recommend any changes in some aspects of completion/work-over program (if necessary) to improve drilling and completion methods, techniques, and speed.

• Propose or make any recommendations to solve completion operational problems.

• Track and benchmark the completion performance and cost.

Job Title: Contract Administrator

Purpose:

To carry out the day-to-day administration of the contractual and related matters on Contracts, to ensure contractor compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract and to oversee and assist Teams in the management of Execution Contracts.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Assist Teams in the management of Contracts in compliance with procedures and guidelines.

• Ensure Contractor compliance with Contract Terms and Conditions, Scope of Work, Deliverables and Schedule.

Job Title: Cost Controller

Purpose:

Control of the project costs; this includes planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the project's budget. To provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan and timely identification of areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action. To ensure project budgeting and cost control during the various project phases are properly in place, including verifications of contractor cost estimates and cost reports.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Preparing Budget and Cost Control Procedure.

• Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) preparation and updating according to existing cost estimates.

• Creation of the required Cost Centers in SAP according to the CBS to support Purchase Requisition (PR) creation in SAP.

• Preparing the budget starting from the existing cost estimate and the project CBS.

• Coordinating with project planner and controller to match project times and costs.

• Project accounting data feeding into company systems.

• Verifying work progress status updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements.

Job Title: Day Drilling Company Representative

Purpose:

To supervise drilling and completion execution assuring that operations conform to plans and are being carried out safely, efficiently, and economically, managing power, rigs, material supplies and stocks, resolving difficulties which could otherwise delay drilling progress.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Effective, efficient, and safe drilling and completion operations in accordance with drilling program and personnel, equipment, and material safety at rigsite operations.

• Ensuring Contractor personnel, services and material are available at rigsite when required and in due time so to avoid any delay in operations.

• Coordinating drilling and completion activities in accordance with program, Company procedures and best practices.

• Reporting to Drilling Superintendent on regular basis on the progress of the operations and agree on any corrective action if necessary.

• Monitoring the consumption and stock of materials available at rigsite, and request personnel – material services in due time in order to avoid any delay in the operations.

• Reporting during drilling execution any technical variation from approved scope, proposing the appropriate changes, if necessary.

• Representing Company at rigsite in all matters.

• Ensuring that drilling and completion operations are carried out in safety, with good oilfield practices and in accordance with program and all the relevant Company standards and HSE procedures.

Purpose:

Responsible for providing technical advice and support to maximize the Operations efficiency of the Company's facilities. The Electrical Technician is responsible to support the Electrical & Instrument operations in giving the Electrical advice and support to maximize the Operation’s efficiency of Company's facilities and any other Projects.

Electrical Technician activities will be conducted in safe manner with maximizing field production efficiency while minimizing the total maintenance cost (production downtime, spare parts, manpower, etc.) and meet daily production targets whilst complying with company guidelines and legal requirements.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Provide electrical engineering support to Operations and Maintenance teams.

• Proactively identify and develop ideas for improvements to the Electrical system that can add value to the asset.

• Provide operations Electrical input and support to future field development.

• Engineer and design Electrical modifications to gas plant and offshore facilities.

• Develop technical skills to improve capabilities.

• Participate in Root Cause Analysis for significant equipment failures.

• Develop operating procedures and guidelines.

• Coordinator of production engineering advice and support to maximize operation's efficiency.

• Focal point for production engineering support to field operations.

• Assist with preparation of short term and long-term production forecasting.

• Assist in preparation and maintenance of annual operation's team budget.

• Improve existing techniques for reporting production efficiency. Provide feedback on asset performance to senior management, business partners and government.

• Create profiles with subsurface to confirm future facility capacity requirements.

• Demonstrate appropriate safety behaviours and commitment to environmental policies.

• Ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all relevant procedures and legal requirements.

• Using experience and knowledge to lead investigate and rectify operational problems.

• Proactively analyse field data and develop action plans to improve production performance that can add value to the asset through improved reliability and uptime

• To ensure safe start-up and shutdown of process facilities.

• Progress all MOC (Management of Change)'s including gaining technical and budgetary approval and interfacing with facility and Project Engineering, ensuring that all changes to equipment design, type or functions are controlled by application of applicable company Management of Change procedure.

• Develop Plant Operating Procedures and guidelines for all Company’s operation facilities.

• Ensure that all operation tasks are carried out according to Company's established policies, procedures, and professional standards.

• Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all operation activities, with particular attention to recognize the impact of change.

• Apply the lessons learned from design reviews, receiving inspections, and risk management findings and support team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Ensure the confidentiality of the company's documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.

• Professional Qualification:

- 5 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience

- Experience in the use of application of electrical and instrumentation simulation software

• Training and courses:

- Employee Induction including HSE Awareness

- T-BOSIET (15 time) or T-FOET (refreshment)

- Coxswain Lifeboat

- Basic Fast Rescue Craft Coxswain Course

- OIM Controlling Emergencies Assessment

- Advance Fire Fighting

- Radioactive Source Security Officer (PKSR)

- Radiation Protection Officer (PPR)

- Occupational Health Safety Administration Series (OHSAS)

- Environmental Management System International Standardization Organization EMS IS0- 14001)

• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies:

- Proficient in operation of Gas Turbines and generators including support packages and ancillary equipment.

- Ability to use and develop PLC, DCS and SCADA systems.

- Knowledge of gas plant and offshore operations.

- Project management experience

- Extensive experience and exposure to Root Cause Ana lysis and troubleshooting of operational equipment with state of the art diagnostic techniques.

- Experience in the design, installation, commissioning and operations of electrical, instrumentation and metering.

- Knowledge of subsea system, ORF and offshore operations desired.

- Pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up experience.

- Production Operations: Maintenance Management, Predictive Maintenance,

- Operation/Maintenance Advising.

- Maintenance Engineering: CMMS Activities, Maintenance Engineering, Maintenance System Auditing, Maintenance Advising in Project Phase, Reliability/Availability

- Analysis techniques knowledge, Maintenance systems and policies knowledge

- Organization Processes : Internal Standard, Feedback development and diffusion,

- Technical Audit and Design review, Documentation Management.

- Support and Technologies: Standard ISO, TQM and Quality System, Technical requirement and Standard.

- Compliance: Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality.

- Capable in terms of the maintenance management of Oil & Gas Platforms offshore or Onshore receiving Processing Facility.
