With more than 10,000 SKUs in inventory covering valves, butt-weld fittings, forged fittings, flanges, gaskets, and pipes; all managed with a sophisticated ERP system and supported by professional staff to ensure customer needs are met.

1. Sales Engineer

You are responsible in providing technical expertise throughout the sales proses, including pre-sales consultations and post-sales follow-ups.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree in engineering fields.

b. At least 5 years experience as sales engineer in industrial valve market or related product category.

c. Strong sales acumen and passionate in delivering solutions.

d. Excellent in analytical, communication, & interpersonal skills.

e. Ability to learn quickly and explain complex concepts into non-technical audience.

2. Sales Support

You will support sales engineer / consultant in winning a sales. This involves crafting the right quotations, coordinating with other operational team and doing post-sales follow-ups.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

b. Proven experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.

c. Strong analytical skills.

d. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

e. Experience working with ERP software (SAP Preferable).

f. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

3. SAP Business One Implementation Lead

You will lead and manage all phases of SAP B1 projects which entails implementing, configuring, training & maintaining modules per department needs.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree in IT or related fields.

b. Experience as SAP B1 Implementation Lead/Project Manager with a track record of delivering successful projects.

c. Good understanding of SAP B1 functional modules and best practices.

d. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

e. Proficiency in SQL and database concepts will be a plus.

4. SAP Business One Technical

You will design, develop, implement, and maintain custom solutions within the SAP B1 environment using the SDK, DI-API, and other relevant technologies.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree in IT or related fields.

b. Good programming skills in .NET language (C#, VB.NET).

c. Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.

d. Good knowledge of the SAP B1 SDK and DI-API will be a plus.

e. Experience as an SAP B1 Technical is a plus.

5. Business Development Staff

You will coordinate projects, support administrative tasks, market research, and customer relationships to identify opportunities and ensure smooth business development operations.

Requirenents :

a. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.

b. 1 – 2 years of experience in administrative or business development roles.

c. Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.

d. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

e. Ability to coordinate across departments and adapt to dynamic environments.

6. Purchaser Staff

You will evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and monitor inventory levels to ensure the company’s supply chain remains efficient and uninterrupted.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

b. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or business development role.

c. 2 – 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in the industrial supply sector.

d. Strong analytical abd organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

7. Office Management Staff

You will be responsible to procure, maintain, and manage office facilities, assets, and resources. Proficiency in ERP, MS Office, and knowledge or related legal documents is essential.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree, IT Engineering, or Economics is preferred.

b. Minimum 2 years of experiences in General Affair or similar roles.

c. Knowledge of compliance for legal documents, general safety, and workplace cleanliness.

d. Maximum age of 30.

e. Possess valid SIM A & C licenses.

f. Based in Jakarta or surrounding areas.

8. Senior Talent Acquisition & People Development Staff

You will pay a critical role in attracting, sourcing, hiring diverse candidates for various departements within our organization and developing existing talents to maximize their abilities.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree in psychology or related field.

b. Minimum of 3 years experience as talent acquisition & talent development.

c. Fluent in English

d. Good communication skill, personality, and time management

e. Familiar with various hiring assessment tools, M. Office, and Administration tools.

9. ISO Staff

You will involved in implementing and maintaining ISO standards vary based on their specific role in the organization and the standards being applied.

Requirements :

a. Proficient with : ISO 9001 : 2015 regulations; TKDN;

b. Minimum experience 2 years as Document Control (QMS)

c. Able to prepare SOP

d. Have the ability in document life cycle management

e. Understand the ISO 14001 : 2015; 37001 : 2016; 45001 : 2018.

f. Attention to detail, analytical thinking, good communication skills, active listener, time management, proactive, ability to behave ethically regarding company secrets.

10. QC Inspector

You will Inspect out products for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements :

a. Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.

b. Minimum experience 2 years as QC Inspector

c. Having experience in QAQC work for material fabrication for oil and gas such as steel pipes, valves, fittings, and others

d. Familiar with related codes and standards, ITP

e. Have a valid ASNT Level II certificate or equivalent

f. Able to use and read measuring instruments

g. Able to understand & read 2D & 3D engineering drawings

h. Comply with HSE/K3 requlations at work
