Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (“COMPANY”) as Production Sharing Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”), invites potential service Contractors (“Bidder”) to participate in the Pre-qualification process in compliance to Pedoman Tata Kerja No. PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revisi 4) - the work procedure guideline on Supply Chain Management for SKKMIGAS Contractors under Production Sharing Contractor (PSC).

Scope of Services : Contractor shall provide two (2) new Photocopy Machine in rental basis including maintenance, toners, and spare parts for COMPANY’s head office.

Minimum Local Content Requirement : 35%

A. General Requirements:

Interested Bidders with qualifications and classifications in line with the scope of work being bid, must submit the following documents during registration:

1. Original letter, requesting to participate in the Bid and Pre-Qualification on Bidder’s letterhead, with clear address and telephone, fax numbers & e-mail, and person in charge.

2. Commitment letter stating the minimum local content can be achieved as requested above, signed on duty stamp by the authorized person.

3. Copy of valid Vendor Certificate from CIVD (SPDA)

4. Copy of Surat Kemampuan Usaha Penunjang (SKUP) Migas for Bidder with Perusahaan Dalam Negeri status (optional).

5. Bidders shall collect Pre-Qualification Administration documents in softcopy during registration period. Bidders must bring their own flash disk to transfer such softcopy.

 

B. Specific Requirements:

In addition to the General Requirements above, Bidders must also submit the following specific documents during the registration:

1. The Bidder must have been established for at least three (3) years and having experience in providing photocopy machine for

rental basis for the last seven (7) years.

2. The Bidder shall have Customer Services Hotline 24 hours and having sufficient work shop to store the photocopy machine spareparts, and toners.

3. The Bidder shall have their own photocopy machines at least the same numbers to be contracted and also the backup machines.

4. The Bidder shall have Copy of valid Business License in Photo Copy Activities, Document Preparation and Office Support Activities and/or related services.

5. The Bidder shall have their own Technical Support Team and not as third party sub-contractors.

 

Registration :

The soft copy of Pre-Qualification Administration document as stated in Section A.5 above can be collected from COMPANY’s reception office in Jakarta during registration period: 11 – 14 February 2020 from 09.00 to 15.00 hours, after submitting all the required document in A.1 to A.5 and B.1 to B.5 above.

The complete Pre-Qualification Documents including all its supporting documents that is specified in the softcopy of Pre- Qualification Administration, shall be submitted in the form of HARD COPY in a sealed envelope. The submission of the Pre- Qualification Administration proposals shall be submittedat the latest by 17 February 2020 at 14:00 hrs to the following address:
