BACKGROUND

Repsol Andaman B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), as the Operator in the Production Sharing Contract for Andaman III Working Area, Aceh Province, will commence its exploratory offshore deepwater drilling campaign for Rencong-1X well estimated commencing in mid of May - end of August 2022.

Company invites domestic and national vessel providers to participate in the qualification process for the subject titled tender.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATION

LPSV units to support deepwater drilling operation with minimum specification refer to the Qualification Instruction document, which includes the following:

a) ≥800m2 Cargo Deck Area. Preferable 1000m3;

b) ≥1.750m3 (11.000bbl aprox.) Mud Fluid Tank Capacity;

c) ≥300m3 (Preferable 400m3) of Dry bulk tanks. Capacity to carry two types of product at the same time without cross contamination.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT

Participants can register according to the schedule as specified below, by submitting the following documents:

1. Letter of Interest to participate in the Qualification Evaluation for this tender including information of PSV name and availability. The letter shall be signed by the company's director or, in the event that the company's director is unable to sign, authorised official by power of attorney with dutystamp.

2. Participants may propose for more than 1 PSV. Qualification instructions will be provided upon registration.

3. A copy valid Substitute Administrative Document (SPDA), stating the business category and code is accordance with this Tender as announced.

4. Name of PIC for Tender Process including Email and Telephone No. where you can be contacted.

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE AND ISSUANCE DATE OF INSTRUCTION FOR QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT

1. Registration from : 14th - 20thDecember 2021, pukul 08:00 s/d 15:00 WIB by email to tendercommittee_jkt@repsol.com., novy.fridayani@servexternos.repsol.com; dan enclosing registration documents as above mentioned.

2. Distribution Qualification Instruction document will be on 20th of December 2021 (by email) and Submission of Qualification Proposal will be conducted digitally using Company’s dropbox and link. Participants to ensure having adequate resources (personnel and internet connection)

3. Submission Qualification Proposals is scheduled on: not later than 28th December 2021, closing time at 15:00 WIB by upload to Company’s dropbox location

Failure to meet the minimum requirements in the Qualification Assessment Document will result in the ineligibility of the relevant Service Provider from participating in the next process. The timeline and the entire Qualification process refer to the Work Procedure Guideline Number PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 4) and the Circular Letter from SKKMIGAS that applies to this Tender process (including for special circumstances during the Covid-19 pandemic).
