Invitation to Register for Pre-Qualification

KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V. (“COMPANY”) a Gross Split Production Sharing Contract's Contractor of Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (“SKKMIGAS”) as an Operator of Anambas Block, Offshore Natuna Sea, invites potential service Contractors (“BIDDER”) to participate in the Pre-Qualification process with the following details:

1 Bid Number : KINDAO/KIABV/REC/FAD/2025/008

2 Bid Title : PROVISION OF GENERAL IT SUPPLIES – CALL OUT BASIS

3 Contract Period : Twenty-Four (24) Months

4 Scope of Work :  COMPANY requires CONTRACTOR to provide general IT supplies, including but not limited to storage devices, mobile devices, Hard disk and accessories, as per COMPANY’s requirements to support COMPANY’S daily activities on call out basis.

5 Type of Procurement :  Purchases

6 Business Qualification : Small, Medium and Large Business

7 Business Classification : Trade Retail

8 Minimum Local Content  : 5%

Interested BIDDER which can meet the qualifications, experiences and classifications as above are invited to register and participate in the PQ process as detailed below:

1 PQ Registration Period : 19 - 24 March 2025 at 09.00 – 15.00 hours WIB

2 Document Required to be Submitted for PQ Registration : 1.SPDA (Sertifikat Pengganti Dokumen Admin)

2.Valid Business Licenses (SIUP and other applicablelicenses) in line with the Scope of Work above.

3.Statement Letter confirming that BIDDER will be able to meet the minimum Local Content of 5% signed by BIDDERauthorized personnel.

4.Statement Letter confirming BIDDER intention to participatein this PQ process along with the contact information of thePerson in Charge (email and cell phone) signed by BIDDERauthorized personnel.

All the above Registration document shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com

3 PQ Document Distribution : Period 24 March 2025 at 15.00 hours

PQ Document will be distributed through e-mail.

4 PQ Submission Date :  28 March 2025 at 15.00 hours WIB

All PQ Proposals shall be submitted in soft copies via email to idn-procurementcommitte@kufpec.com by the due date above.

5 PQ Correspondences (Via Email Only) : All electronic correspondences and soft copies of PQ proposals shall be addressed to the following:

Only Registered BIDDERs who submitted a complete and correct PQ Proposals and passed the PQ evaluation in its entirety will be eligible to be invited to the Bidding Process.
