BACKGROUND

REPSOL ANDAMAN B.V. (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), is a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) Contractor and the operator of Andaman working area, located in offshore Aceh sea, Indonesia. Company is planning to have its offshore drilling campaign for one (1) exploration deepwater firm wel in 1st December 2021 to 31st March 2022.

Company hereby invites perusahaan penyedia jasa pengeboran lepas pantai or rig contractors for offshore rig unit, either as a domestic or national companies, to participate in the procurement process of rental of one (1) unit MODU for deepwater drilling in Andaman III with capability to meet Company’s requirements in drilling one (1) exploratory well with water depth of over 1,100 meter.

MINIMUM SPECIFICATION

MODU Unit for deepwater well with minimum specification including the following:

- MODU unit with Indonesian flag

- Statement of Commitment to achieve minimum 35% Local Content.

- MODU unit equipped for operating at 1,100-meter water depth.

- MODU unit is API S53 compliance.

- MODU unit is minimum 5th generation or newer, minimum DP2-Class or Moored, Preferably with Offline Operation capability, Preferably dual activity.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Registrants must submit its credentials prior to receiving Qualification Instruction document from Tender Committee. Failure to submit evidence of having MODU unit in Indonesian Flag will not enable any Registrant to further participate in this Qualification process.

1. Letter of Interest to participate in the Qualification and must specify the following:

a. Specify the MODU unit name and proof of flag status evidencing the unit is with Indonesian Flag;

b. Registrant’s contact person: Name, Title, Email Address, Contact Number. Registrant will receive the Qualification Instruction document from Tender Committee.

this letter shall be on Registrant official letterhead and signed by authorized official of the Registrant.

2. Copy of valid SPDA (Surat Pengganti Dokumen Administrasi) for Qualification and Classification related to the implementation of the Work.

Failure to meet the above conditions will result in non-eligibility for participation

SCHEDULE FOR REGISTRATION

1. Registration will be opened from : 7th to 12th May 2021 , from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB

2. Submission of Qualification Proposal deadline: Selasa/Tuesday, 18th May 2021, from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB, or as amended by Company’s written instruction. Submission by digital document with notification to tendercommittee_jkt@repsol.com

Failure in meeting the above requirement will result in disqualification with no further invitation to the next process.

Schedule and procedure for this Qualification process are in accordance with the prevailing Procurement Guideline (Pedoman Tata Kerja) Number PTK-007/SKKMA0000/2017/S0 (Revision 4).
