TENDER NOTICE

TENDER FOR MENTARANG INDUK HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT (MIHEP) IN MALINAU, KALIMANTAN UTARA, INDONESIA.

Suitably qualified Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor or Consortiums are invited to participate in this Tender exercise for MIHEP as follows:

1.	MIHEP-PKG 1C	PACKAGE 1C – DIVERSION TUNNEL	Completion for at least One (1) major tunnelling works with a minimum value of USD 50 Million in the last Ten (10) years. Tunnels EPC drill and blast construction experience (min. diameter 8m and above).

Interested Tenderers are required to submit evidence of fulfilling the above mandatory Eligibility requirements, failing which, the request for Tender documents will not be considered.

1. Interested Tenderers that meet the mandatory eligibility requirements are required to:

2. Upon verification of eligibility, Tenderer is required to pay a non-refundable USD 2,500 as a Tender document fee via direct transfer to PT KHN’s account per below details.

Tenderer shall email evidence of payment to Tender Secretariat at procurement@ptkhn.com

3. Upon confirmation of payment, PT KHN will issue one set of the Tender Documents via email.

4. Tenderers shall attend the Tender briefing and site visit. Tenderer who failed to attend the Tender briefing and site visit may be disqualified by PT KHN.

Important Note	Interested Tenderers is to email procurement@ptkhn.com The Tenderer shall email and inform PT KHN the persons’ details (Full Name, email address and designation) that will be attending the Tender briefing on its behalf at procurement@ptkhn.com Attendance of the Tenderer’s representative at the Tender briefing is Mandatory.	The Tenderer shall email and inform PT KHN the persons’ details (Full Name, email address and designation) that will be attending the Site Visit on its behalf at procurement@ptkhn.com Attendance of the Tenderer’s representative at the Site Visit is Mandatory.

5. PT KHN is committed to maximizing: a) the economic value of MIHEP to Indonesia and b) the participation of Indonesian business entities in the supply of goods and services to PT KHN. Both PT KHN and its Contractors will need to comply strictly with relevant Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) Regulations, as applicable.

6. PT KHN is not liable for any cost incurred in the preparation of this Tender submission.
