PREQUALIFICATION ANNOUNCEMENT

INPEX Masela, LTD. (“COMPANY”), as the Production Sharing Contractor of the Masela Working Area hereby invites companies (“REGISTRANT”), with the relevant experiences and capabilities to participate in the prequalification phase (“PREQUALIFICATION”) of a Tender as described below:

Tender Title : National Manpower Supply for Technical Position (Package A) dan / and National Manpower Supply for Non-Technical Position (Package B)

Tender Number : MAS/2024/0038

Business Qualification : Large Scale Business

Business Classification : Other Services

Business Sub-Classification : Specific Time Manpower Provision Activities, / or Provision of Human Resources and Management of Human Resources Functions

Local Content Requirement : Minimum 90%

Company Status : Domestic Company, National Company, Consortium between Domestic Company and Domestic Company, Consortium between Domestic Company and National Company and/or Foreign Company subject to leadfirm of Domestic Company or National Company.

PREQUALIFICATION will be undertaken in full compliance with SKK Migas Working Guideline No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (Revision 05) regarding Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines and Procurement of  Goods/Services Implementation Guidelines No. EDR-0143/SKKIH0000/2023/S0.

BRIEF SCOPE OF WORKS:

Contractor shall provide technical and non-technical qualified manpower services for supporting COMPANY’s operation activities at the determined location by COMPANY and based on COMPANY’s needs for contract period of twenty-four (24) months.

PREQUALIFICATION REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:

REGISTRANT shall formally register by submitting the documents below to COMPANY’s procurement management (“PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT”) through e-mail to jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp:

1. Copy of valid Certificate for Replacement of Administration Document (SPDA).

2. Copy of valid Business License – Large Business in accordance with the required sub- classification indicated above.

3. Certificate of company’s domicile letter at Jabodetabek.

Other conditions will be specified in the PREQUALIFICATION Document

PREQUALIFICATION SCHEDULE:

1. Registration of PREQUALIFICATION will be conducted within 16 August 2024 until 21 August 2024 at 15:00 WIB through the following e-mail address jkt.msl.inpextender@inpex.co.jp.

2. PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT will inform the evaluation result based on the submitted prequalification document collection requirement to REGISTRANT. Only REGISTRANT that fulfill all requirements above are eligible to take part in the next PREQUALIFICATION process.

PREQUALIFICATION Document will be sent by email at the latest on 28 August 2024 together with the PREQUALIFICATION invitation only to REGISTRANT who fulfills all the registration requirements.

Failure to follow the above process and/or failure to submit the required documents as listed above may result in the respective REGISTRANT will not be invited to the subsequent PEQUALIFICATION/Tender phase.
