Coking coal producer PT Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral, a subsidiary of IDX-listed heavy equipment and mining firm PT United Tractors Tbk (UT), saw realized sales volume of 1.4 million tons in the first half of this year, or more than 60 percent of the full-year sales volume target of 2.3 million tons.
UT Corporate Secretary Sara K. Loebis said on Friday that based on the first half performance, Suprabari is on track to meet the 2021 sales volume target of 2.3 million tons. “So far it’s in line with the (full-year target). Sales volume from month to month varies depending on water level (of river for coal transport),” she told Petromindo.com.
