ExxonMobil Indonesia has appointed Wade Floyd as its new president, the company said in a statement on Monday, succeeding Carole Gall.
Floyd will oversee all of ExxonMobil’s operations in Indonesia. The U.S. energy giant said the appointment reflects its continued commitment to supporting energy resilience and sustainable development in the country.
“Indonesia has tremendous growth potential and outstanding human resources. This combination presents significant opportunities for both Indonesia and ExxonMobil,” said Floyd. “I am honored to join this great team and to continue building on the achievements already made. We are committed to strengthening collaboration with the government, business partners, and communities around our operational areas.”

Prior to his assignment in Indonesia, Floyd served as Senior Advisor to the ExxonMobil Executive Committee in Houston, Texas. Throughout his career at ExxonMobil, he has held various strategic positions in the United States, Equatorial Guinea, the United Arab Emirates, Papua New Guinea, and Iraq.
Floyd has a proven track record in leading large-scale businesses and projects through a structured approach and exceptional ability to empower diverse teams to achieve the best results.
