Revocation of mining licenses. Is that enough?
Revocation of licenses of unproductive mining has continued for some time. Presidential Decision (Keppres) Number 1 of 2022 is the legal ground for the Taskforce of Land and Investment Control (Satgas Penataan Lahan dan Investasi) to speed up revocation of licenses meeting the criteria.
