We are a new exploration mining company headquartered in Jakarta, we are looking for

Process Mining Engineer and Mining Geologist with the following qualifications:

PROCESS MINING ENGINEER

Responsibility

A process mining engineer uses data analysis and process mining techniques to identify, analyze, and improve business processes. Will work with stakeholders to understand processes, gather data, and develop insights and recommendations for optimization to help the organizations become more efficient and effective.

• Utilize process mining tools and techniques to analyze event logs and other data sources to understand how processes are executed

• Pinpoint bottlenecks, deviations, and other inefficiencies within processes.

• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards to visualize process performance and track key metrics.

• Work with process owners, users, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for process improvement and optimization.

• Continuously monitor the performance of improved processes and make further adjustments as needed.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum 7 years of working experience in Mineral mining (expertise in gold is a plus)

3. Proficiency in process mining software, tools and Mining Resources Reporting Standard

4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis techniques

5. Understanding of business process modeling and management principles

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations.

MINING GEOLOGIST

Responsibility

A Mining Geologist identifies and evaluates mineral deposits, plans extraction methods, and ensures compliance with safety and environmental regulations, works in various stages of mining, from exploration to mine design and production, collaborates with other professionals like engineers and mine workers.

• Assessing geological data, conducting surveys, and interpreting information to identify potential mining locations and evaluate ore quality.

• Developing extraction strategies, designing open-pit or underground mines, and optimizing mining operations for efficient and safe resource extraction.

• Guiding in-pit or underground ore control, managing grade control drilling programs, and ensuring accurate sampling and assay data evaluation.

• Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, monitoring mining impacts, and developing sustainable solutions for reclamation and waste management.

• Maintaining databases, creating block models, updating geological models, and preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualification

1. Bachelor’s degree

2. Minimum 7 years of working experience in Mineral mining (expertise in gold is a plus)

3. Strong geological knowledge, including mapping, sampling techniques, and mineralogy.

4. Proficiency in resource estimation methodologies and geological modeling software.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations.
