Job Description
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial performance, developing research reports, and contributing valuable insights to our consulting services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, diving into complex financial data, and translating those findings into actionable insights for the energy and mining sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the financial and stock performance of Indonesian energy and mining companies.

2. Produce regular, detailed reports on the financial and stock performance of assigned companies.

3. Create clear, concise presentations (max 15 pages) based on research and analysis.

4. Conduct research and in-depth data analysis on energy and economic issues, with a focus on financial performance.

5. Gather and interpret financial data to support editorial content.

6. Develop technical analyses, including both qualitative and quantitative data, for internal and client-facing reports.

7. Attend focus group discussions, seminars, or public exposes to stay informed and gather data.

8. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including clients, government bodies, and regulatory institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Solid understanding of financial statements, stock performance, and company valuations.

• Ability to dissect complex financial problems and communicate findings effectively.

• Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure.

• Comfortable working in a research-focused role with limited direct interaction but strong individual contributions.

Working Policy

• Petromindo offers a hybrid working environment, where employees have the flexibility to work remotely. However, in-person attendance at critical events, seminars, and client meetings, particularly those in Jakarta, is highly encouraged. Face-to-face interactions help strengthen professional relationships and maintain trust, facilitating clearer and more personalized communication.

Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to deliver a brief presentation on a specified financial analysis of selected companies. This will allow us to assess your analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate the results. We will engage in a detailed discussion to evaluate your reasoning, problem-solving skills, and ability to defend your ideas under scrutiny.

Salary Offer: IDR 6,900,000 - IDR 7,400,000, nett, per month.
