We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:

LUBRICANT SENIOR TECHNICIAN (CODE : LB-TECH)

(1 person)

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct oil sampling and oil analysis for all equipment as per schedule  and as per requisition

• Support analyzing, reporting, and give recommendation based on oil analysis result test

• Reporting for summary weekly and monthly of lubrication issues

• Keep and care Condition monitoring tools in good quality

• Supporting maintenance activities regarding to alignment and balancing activities

• Supporting for Lubrication activities such as prepare supply and replacement oil for main oil tank of large equipment in Turbin, Boiler, BOP and Coal Handling Area

• Supporting CBM Supervisor activities regarding to conduct vibration activities

• Supervise Jr. Technician and helper

• To be ready for standby on call during out of office working hour for Lubrication issues

• Support control and Monitor Permit To Work (PTW) and company safety implementation related to lubricant activities

• Familiar and use CMMS Maximo to record and track lubrication maintenance activities.

Job Requirements:

• Education Background Diploma Degree (D3) major in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotve Engineering from reputbale university with minimumm GPA is 2,8 of 4.0.

• Having experiences as Lubricant Technicians at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant

• Preference to having Vibration Analysis level I and Machinery Lubricant Analysis (MLA) at least level I

• Maximum age is 36 years old

• Familiarity with Basic MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project)

• Good in English is mostly considered 

• Willing to work hard

• Willing to work in emergency work at site

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

 

PORT MANAGER (CODE: PMGR)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee the berthing and assisting unloading activities.

2. Ensure that all requirements for berthing, unloading, and ship departures are met in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Ensure security throughout the berthing and unloading process until the ship departs the port.

4. Inspect jetty conditions before and after ship berthing and prepare routine reports to ensure that the port remains in optimal condition and prevent potential operational disruptions due to damage.

5. Ensure all activities and personnel within the port comply with safety and environmental requirements to facilitate safe and productive operations.

6. Ensure all reporting compliance is provided correctly and punctually.

7. Develop corrective and preventive actions for deviations at the company’s port.

8. Create and develop systems and procedures for berthing, unloading, and departure of ships in the port area that refer to applicable regulations as well as production and technological needs so that production activities can run efficiently and optimally.

9. Monitor the condition of the shipping channel to the jetty is well maintained and provide recommendations for regular bathymetry checks and dredging when shallow as required.

10. Ensure periodic maintenance of aids to navigation is carried out properly and correctly in accordance with regulations.

11. Drive improvement in overall team performance and direct talent planning/management.

12. Ensure and giving direction for individual team development and create succession planning.

13. Follow and comply with HSE program and procedures to achieve zero LTI (Lost Time Injury).

14. Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of company objectives.

Job Requirements:

1. Education Background Minimum Diploma Degree in Nautical minimum ANT-II.

2. Preferably have a minimum of 5 years of experience in port management or related field.

3. Preference to having experience Ship operating procedures, Ship Management, International Safety Management code, International Ship and Port Facility Security code, Port Management, Port Operation procedures, Safety of Life at Sea (Solas), Draught survey, Aid to Navigation

4. Familiarity with Basic computer operation with MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS-Word and MS-Project).

5. Good in English is mostly considered.

6. Willing to work in emergency work at site.

7. Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.

 

BOP MECHANICAL JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (CODE : BOP-MJT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine Preventive and Predictive Maintenance to ensure Systems remain in Optimal Condition.

• Conduct Corrective Maintenance to address Technical Issues within the Mechanical Systems.

• Perform Repairs and Lubrication on Mechanical Equipment according to the Maintenance Schedule.

• Manage and Maintenance the Workshop and ensure Tools are in Ready-to-use Condition.

• Execute System repairs and propose Modifications to improve Efficiency.

• Assist in Managing and Organizing Maintenance Documentation, including SOPs and WIs.

• Ensure all Maintenance Activities comply with SQHE (Safety, Quality, Health, and Environment) Standards.

• Conduct Inspections and provide Recommendations for improving the Quality of Maintenance Documentation.

• Execute Outage activities and continuous improvements on Mechanical Systems according to Procedures.

• Ensure smooth Outage activities to minimize Operational Impacts.

• Carry out necessary Modifications to maintain System reliability.

• Follow and comply with HSE Program and Procedures to achieve ZERO LTI (Lost Time Injury).

• Performing additional tasks as necessary to support the achievement of Company Objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Education Background Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) major in Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering from Reputbale University with minimumm GPA is 3 of 4.0.

• Having Experiences 1-2 Years in Coal Fired Power Plant Mechanical Maintenance. Fresh graduates can be considered.

• Preference to having Mechanical System and Equipment Maintenance Knowledge and or Experience.

• Maximum age is 28 years old.

• Familiarity with Basic MS-Office (MS Excel, MS Power Point, and MS-Word.)

• Good in English is mostly considered. 

• Willing to do Fast Learning and pursue as BOP Mechanical Technician.

• Willing to Work Hard .

• Willing to Work in Emergency Work at Site.

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
