We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

1. DRILLER

•  Minimum Senior High School (SHS)  with at least 1 year experience as Driller or Assistant Driller for drilling/ workover rigs.

•  Required certifications:

- IADC or IWCF

- Operator Unit Perawatan Sumur (OUPS)

•  Required trainings:

- Safe Work Practices

- Lifting and Rigging

•  Shall have recommendation from certified psychologist with minimum result ‘cukup’

•  Personnel with less than 1 year experience or just promoted as Driller shall meet below additional requirements to be accepted:

- Min. 3 years experience as Derrickman for drilling/ workover rigs.

- Passed Contractor On the Job Training Program and competency assessment as Driller, proven by Statement Letter from Contractor President Director/ Direktur Utama Kontraktor that individual has met required competencies and capable to carry out Driller roles and responsibilities.

2. Ass DRILLER

•  Minimum Senior High School (SHS)  with at least 1 year experience as Assistant Driller or equivalent for drilling/ workover rigs.

•  Required certifications:

- Operator Unit Perawatan Sumur (OUPS)

- IADC or IWCF

•  Required trainings:

- Safe Work Practices

- Lifting and Rigging

•  Shall have recommendation from certified psychologist with minimum result ‘cukup’

•  Personnel with less than 1 year experience or just promoted as Assistant Driller shall meet below additional requirements to be accepted:

- Min. 2 years experience as Derrickman for drilling/ workover rigs.

- Passed Contractor On the Job Training Program and competency assessment as Assistant Driller, proven by Statement Letter from Contractor President Director/ Direktur Utama Kontraktor that individual has met required competencies and capable to carry out Assistant Driller roles and responsibilities.

3. TOOLPUSHER

•  Minimum Senior High School (SHS) with at least 1 year experience as Tool Pusher for drilling/ workover rigs

•  Required certificates:

- IADC or IWCF

- Ahli Pengendali Perawatan Sumur (APPS)

•  Required trainings:

- Safe Work Practices

- Lifting and Rigging training

•  Shall have recommendation from certified psychologist with minimum result ‘cukup’

•  Personnel with less than 1 year experience or just promoted as Tool Pusher shall meet below additional requirements to be accepted:

- Min. 2 years experience as Driller for drilling/ workover rigs.

- Passed Contractor On the Job Training Program and competency assessment as Tool Pusher, proven by Statement Letter from Contractor President Director/ Direktur Utama Kontraktor that individual has met required competencies and capable to carry out Tool Pusher roles and responsibilities.

4. Ass Derickman

•  Minimum Senior High School (SHS)  with at least 1 year experience as Derrickman for drilling/ workover rigs.

•  Required certificates:

- Operator Menara Perawatan Sumur (OMPS)

- TKBT TK-2 license

•  Required trainings:

- Lifting & Rigging training

- Safe Work Practices

•  Personnel with less than 1 year experience or just promoted as derickman shall meet below additional requirements to be accepted:

- Min. 2 years experience as Floorman in drilling/ workover rigs.

- Passed Contractor On the Job Training Program and competency assessment as Derrickman, proven by Statement Letter from Contractor President Director/ Direktur Utama Kontraktor that individual has met required competencies and capable to carry out Derrickman roles and responsibilities.

5. Mechanic

•  Minimum Senior High School (SHS), preferable Sekolah Teknik Menengah (STM) with at least 1 years experience as Assistant Mechanic or Mechanic, preferable has experience in drilling/ workover rigs.

•  Required trainings:

- Rig equipment training from OEM/ third Party

- Safe Work Practices

- Lifting and Rigging

•  Personnel with less than 1 year experience or just promoted as Mechanic shall meet below additional requirements to be accepted:

- Min. 2 years experience as Assistant Mechanic or Mechanic, in any field outside drilling & workover rigs.

- Passed Contractor On the Job Training Program and competency assessment as Mechanic, proven by Statement Letter from Contractor President Director/ Direktur Utama Kontraktor that individual has met required competencies and capable to carry out Mechanic roles and responsibilities.
