Job Title : Senior Treasury Accountant

Department : Finance & IT

Treasury Accountant

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

a. Verify, review, analyze and check the completeness of incoming invoices, Debit Note, Credit Note, SICK Migas Dana Panjar, Business Advance and Expense Report.

b. Distribute the document to tax department, record to Treasury for Cash Called, Distribute to user for approval.

c. Prepare Payment voucher & Fund Transfers.

d. Prepare payment transaction journal manual and SAP system for posting.

e. Prepare Debit Note (DN) by extracting data from SAP and charge back and provide supporting invoices and input the transaction into SAP.

f. Prepare cash movement summary from all banks.

g. Prepare transaction journal manual and SAP system for posting.

h. Input daily bank transaction from Bank Statement and bank transaction to SAP after payment is done.

2. Treasury and Cash Management

a. Prepare Cash Call and monitoring fund from Cash Calls received in bank on time.

b. Prepare, analyze and manage the wealth of cash flow on bank account.

c. Manage Bank listing transactions and maintain USD Selling from USD to IDR.

d. Prepare forecast for payment and time deposit management.

e. Prepare and monitor payment released and Cash Calls received on time.

f. Liaise with banks regarding treasury matter and ensure process of opening, closing and updated bank accounts are follow the procedures.

3. Others

a. Any other duties related to the job as directed by Superior

E Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Minimum 8 years working experience (preferably experience in handling treasury in the Oil and Gas Industry).

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree (SI) in ACCOUNTING from a reputable university, with a GPA Min 3.0 of 4.0.

• The candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).

• High level of motivation

• Have experience in the big 4 (Four) AUDIT FIRM is an advantage.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel, and in ERP systems (SAP)

• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills

• Good understanding of treasury and banking process

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

 Responsible for supervising and leading a Maintenance Team to run all day to day maintenance activities as well as to ensure the availability & reliability of all plant and equipment within the AKM Production Facility. Responsible for ensuring all main utilities, machineries and production equipment to have maximum operational availability in order to support the continuity of production operations in compliance with COMPANY KM targets in the implementation of Asset Integrity Program, Safety Critical Maintenance Plan and Maintenance Program

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Responsible for planning and implementing of all routine and corrective maintenance activities and ensuring safe and efficient work practice.

2. Providing technical advice on specific technical aspects pertinent to the maintenance of platform systems and equipment.

3. Ensuring immediate corrective action is taken to maximize production availability within the constraint on safety and taking whatever executive action is necessary to achieve this

4. Supervising Maintenance Team in daily maintenance activities; performing daily computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) through the electronic recording/reporting in a standard format, correct entry of data and in a timely manner.

5. Coordinating closely with the Operations Supervisor to carefully plan and interface all maintenance activities related to production equipment and essential services to ensure optimum timing and minimal impact in achieving daily production targets.

6. Providing Production Superintendent a Weekly Maintenance Report, Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance, Preventive Maintenance (PM) Effectiveness using CM/PM Ratio as a measure to determine key maintenance performance indicators, Reliability & Availability (R & A) Records of Critical Equipment on board and a Long-Range Plan to maintain the reliability of critical equipment on board in compliance with positive KPI % equipment reliability achievement.

7. To ensure all spares and stores are as per the sparing philosophy and support the mechanical design philosophy, keeping sufficient equipment and consumable spare parts onboard to support the equipment maintenance purposes, has Max-Min targets and updates through Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

8. Liaising with Mechanical Engineer to determine and improve maintenance strategy to maintain reliability and minimize downtime of critical equipment on board and to implement maintenance program in compliance with COMPANY KPI Targets.

9. Liaising with Instrument/Electrical/Piping/Pipeline Engineer to improve the performance of critical Electrical/Instrument/Piping/Pipeline devices with reference to applicable standards/system and implement Critical Protection System Program in compliance with COMPANY KPI Targets.

10. Managing and responsible for all main utilities, machineries, gas turbine, gas compressor and  production equipment are maintained in proper operational order to support the continuity of production operations in a safe and efficient manner to meet all standards and procedures.

11. Proposing utilities modification or change through the "Change Management System" within applicable industry standards to enhance utilities efficiency and reduce resources.

12. Motivating and coaching maintenance personnel to develop their ability to be more experienced in handling any critical support equipment and troubleshooting Regular review and maintain all applicable maintenance procedures and keeping all the file records.

Job Title  : Marine Supervisor

Department : Production

Direct Report to : Production Superintendent

Direct Subordinate : Mooring Master, Marine Foreman, and Marine Crew

B. Job Summary

Responsible for all marine related activities, lifting condensate, vessel and speed boat utilities, vessel stability, cargo management and deck crew operations in regards with COMPANY Compliance.

C. Responsibility

1. Assisting Production Superintendent in managing the marine operations and risk management safely and efficiently in accordance with the COMPANY's operations philosophy and policies.

2. Giving advice to Production Superintendent in Marine matters.

3. Liaising closely with the Operations Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure proper planning and coordination of all marine and logistics services in order to provide the required level of support to production and maintenance operations.

4. Managing and planning Crane Operations. Ensuring operators are informed of all safety regulations pertaining to their work

5. Managing the Deck Crew for the cargo condensate tanks; loading and offloading operation in a safe manner in accordance with all applicable procedures.

6. Responsible for maintaining barge stability, security of all mooring equipment.

7. Performing daily cargo oil management, inventory and reporting in a standard fomat and calculation.

8. Managing the mooring & unmooring operation of supply boats, crew boats, bunker boat and any tug assistance and coordinate with tug/boat master for safe maneuvering.

9. Maintaining and verifying all ship certificates and validity also proposing schedule to Production Superintendent for re-certification inspection purposes.

10. Managing condensate lifting to tanker, work closely with the Operation Supervisor.

Job Specification

Experience :

* Have a minimum of 2 years• experience as a senior officer on board a ship, have experience in ship maneuvering, mooring and unmooring.

* Minimum 3 years• experience in the Lifting Tanker Operation function as ChiefOfficer.

* Have knowledge and expertise in the fields of Mooring Master, STCW'95, SOLAS 74, MARPOL 73/78, ISM Code, ISPS Code, ISGOTT, COLREG and Tanker Safety.

* Prefer has experience as Marine Supervisor in oil and gas facility minimum 1 years

Qualification : Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent, major: Level I Nautical Expert (ANT-I) /Bachelor of Sailing School.education is D3 graduate in engineering or science

Job Title  : Operation Supervisor

B. Job Summary

Responsible for the supervision, planning, and implementation of all production activities in overall AKM Production Facility to ensure production operations meet applicable standards and procedures, COMPANY requirement and constraints as well as handling critical production operations.

C. Responsibility

1. Managing and responsible through Production Operator for crude oil and gas production operation in a safe and efficient manner to meet all applicable standard and procedures.

2. Managing and controlling the activities of the Field & Panel Operators in an effective, efficient and safe manner.

3. Providing positive leadership encouraging tean,s and team  members to be a part of, and contribute to, the objectives of the organization.

4. Responsible for treating and processing water production prior discharging overboard to meet international standard; MARPOL, MIGAS regulation, COMPANY KPI.

5. Monitoring and controlling all hydrocarbon production and utility systems as well as ensuring that production targets are achieved as defined in Operation Departments KPI

6. Providing full logs and reports on handover for back to back basis to ensure the best flow of information and experience.

7. Liaising/communicating with Production Engineer on production issues of Wellhead and with Process Engineer on produced water, condensate & gas production.

8. Supporting and providing well testing of production wells requested by Production Engineer and providing result of regular Critical Function Test on SCSSV of wellhead using API Standard.

9. Directing and controlling overall AKM Production Facility operations on start-up, or in the event of process upset, to minimize the production loss.

10. Facilitating the execution of all platform routine and Safety. Critical maintenance work by maintaining close contact with Maintenance Supervisors.

11. Ensuring that all plant, processes and equipment are functioning efficiently, with any failure of safety critical elements to meet the performance standards to be reported immediately to Production Superintendent.

12. Ensure that supervised personnel (Board Operator, and Field Operator) are properly trained and that competency is assured based on GOKPL requirement

13. Coordinating activities relating to Hydrocarbon processing and utility systems in accordance with applicable Permit To Work System and associated procedures.

14. Proposing and initiating production operation change through Production Superintendent on equipment or control system within applicable standard to enhance production efficiency and reduce resources using Management of Change (MOC) Procedure

B. Job Summary

To oversee and coordinate the planning and execution of production activities. The role is crucial for ensuring the production targets are met while maintaining safety, compliance, and efficiency throughout the turnaround processes.

C. Responsibility

1. Develop and implement production plans to meet the operational goals and optimize resource utilization,

2. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other departments to align production schedules with overall COMPANY objectives.

3. Monitor production metrics and performance to identify areas of improvement.

4. Oversee the planning and execution of turnaround activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to establish turnaround schedules, budgets, and resources allocation.

6. Conduct post turnaround analysis to assess efficiency, identify lessons learned, and develop best practices for future turnarounds.

7. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards during production and turnaround activities.
