Internship Opportunity
Eni is a major integrated international oil and gas company based in Milan with Exploration & Production activities in Italy and other areas worldwide such as Africa, America, Asia Pacific, Eurasia, and the Middle East.
Eni in Indonesia is currently opening several internship opportunities for fresh graduates with the following requirements:
• Minimum holds Bachelor’s Degree (S-1)
• Minimum GPA 3.25 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate (maximum 1 (one) year from graduation) as indicated in the Academic Certificate or Letter of Graduation (Surat Keterangan Lulus)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
The internship program lasts for 6 (six) months and will be based at the following location:
• Eni Jakarta Office: Pondok Indah Office Tower 3 (Jl. Sultan Iskandar Muda, Kav. V-TA, Jakarta)
We are currently looking for excellent candidates to fill the following positions:
SCM & PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT
Vendor Management Intern
• Background: Graduate from any major preferably in Information System
• Activities:
o Support in the processes of procurement plan, internal & external reporting, and contract monitoring
o Support in the processes of Due Diligence Card (DDC) process, qualification, and team report
o Support the team on Open-es (data sharing platform for procurement function)
o Support in internal and external audit activities
PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT
Project Services Intern
• Background: Graduate from Engineering, Business Administration, or any other relevant major
• Remarks: Professionally fluent in English to work with expatriates
• Activities:
o Assist with day-to-day planning/scheduling activities
o Assist with progress updates/verification including claims, timesheets, etc.
o Coordinate and produce required monthly planning reports and presentations
OPERATIONS
Logistic Intern
• Background: Graduate from Engineering, Economics, Business Management
• Remarks: Advanced oral and written English language skills
• Activities:
o Assist in preparation of pre-award supporting documents (e.g. owner estimate, PR creation, the scope of works, etc.)
o Monitor contract execution
o Assist preparation of documents related to post-award activities (i.e. contract monitoring reports, contractor performance evaluation, etc.)
o Analysis of the overall business process of logistic contract management
LNG Operations Intern
• Background: Graduate from Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Activities:
o Monitoring and reporting of daily production
o Monitoring and reporting key operating parameters (e.g. LPG spiking, Ethane – Ethylene inventory, LNG inventory, etc.)
o Developing forecast for Ethane – Ethylene balance
o Participate in process meetings (e.g. procedure, gas coordination, Pipeline Maintenance forum)
Drilling Engineering Intern
• Background: Graduate from Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Remarks: Professionally fluent in English to work with expatriates; preferably have basic knowledge in drilling engineering
• Activities:
o Familiarization with drilling engineering, planning, operation, contracts, and reporting.
o Support engineers in designing the drilling program.
o Involve in meetings with internal and external parties.
Drilling Completion Intern
• Background: Graduate from Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Remarks: Professionally fluent in English to work with expatriates; preferably have basic knowledge in completion engineering
• Activities:
o Familiarization with subsea completion engineering, planning, operation, contracts, and reporting
o Support engineers in designing the completion/well test/workover/ intervention program
o Involve in meetings with internal and external parties
Drilling Contract Intern
• Background: Graduate from Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Remarks: Professionally fluent in English to work with expatriates; preferably have basic knowledge in engineering and contract management
• Activities:
o Support in administrative tasks relating to drilling material management
o Support in the tender process
o Contract monitoring in terms of issuance COFF, expenditure, correspondence
SUSTAINABILITY & EXTERNAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT
Permit and License Intern
• Background: Graduate from non-technical major
• Based at Eni Jakarta Office
• Activities:
o Support in internal and external reporting activities
o Support in the preparation of permit documents and scheduling permit-related activities (e.g. meeting with the government)
o Support in reviewing and analyzing permit-related regulations
Sustainability Intern
• Background: Graduate from Law, Psychology, Communication, International Relations, Social Welfare, Environmental Science
• Remarks: Preferably has good communication and interpersonal skills
• Activities:
o Support in administrative activities (e.g. report, hospitality plan, articles, invoicing, etc.)
o Support in contract preparation activities
o Support in data collection and interpretation (data entry, analysis, presentation)
o Support in creative design activities
