We are currently looking for a highly qualified and dynamic professional manpower for the following position:

 

COST ESTIMATOR

(1 person)

Job Responsibilities:

• To review and assess the proposed BoQ by User to ensure it is completely and correctly related to required services and fill out the estimated Unit Price of each item in BoQ to determine OE.

• To assist, analyze and advise User in developing SoW, WBS and BoQ as necessary of required service to determine OE.

• To maintain the database of various unit rates validity of some key elements from time-to-time and to share it regularly to Procurement Team to be used as reference.

• To conduct market price regularly of various ferrous/ metal or other commodities which are usually to be used including manpower rates, tools/ equipment renting rates and others.

• To ensure all developed OEs are correct as reference for running tender process or bidding process including analyze the estimated value mentioned in each line of PR to purchase the goods.

• To assist Procurement Team to run the tender or bidding process to ensure in obtaining the absolute lowest price or cost refers to OE by reviewing all received proposals from vendors including negotiation stage by collaborating with Respective Procurement Officer.

• To perform other tasks assigned by Manager/ GM.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, and any other related disciplines.

• More than 5 years relevant experience in developing Work Breakdown Structure, Market Price Analysis, Budget Proposal and Owner Estimate of OM Power Plant, EPCM, Construction Consultant or other heavy industries.

• Having Certificate of Cost Analyst / Cost Engineer Professional will be preferable.

• Having excellent Microsoft Office skill (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word and Ms. Project)

• Having experience in SAP/Maximo/Axapta

• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

• Willing to join immediately.

 

OPERATION FIELD SUPERVISOR

(1 person)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to perform all tasks assigned in responsible manner from Daily Operation Shift Leader

• Support activity for Tuning and adjustment of Working Instruction Documents

• Support activity during outage work

• Support activity for Operation Internal Audit System

• Support activity for in-class training (sharing knowledge program)

• Analyze station log report and disturbance report for any finding to be improvement and documented.

• Analyze Committed Work Program for updating Plant Equipment Status

• Provides detail information regarding Plant Special Activity, Plant Abnormal Condition, Plant Incident on CCR, LCR and Field

• Budgeting for H2 Gas Bottles Consumption and CCTS Ball Consumption in one year.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate (diploma graduate will be preferable)

• Having 6-8 years’ experience in Ultra Super Critical Power Plant Industry in Commissioning or Operation phase

• Understanding the basic principle of Ultra Super Critical Power Plant concepts.

• Basic Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word and Ms. Project)

• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

• Willing to join immediately.

 

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

(1 person)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Warehousing and Stock Inventory System

• Make Warehousing & Stock Inventory Plan

• Maintain minimum Stock of spareparts and consumable at warehouse

• Manage and control Material Receiving and Issuing at Warehouse

• Keep update stock inventory status to CMMS

• Develop and update item master of Stock Inventory System at CMMS

• Coordination and communication among Maintenance Engineers related with spare parts (recommended, strategic and additional or consumable parts) and tools (special and common / load tools) requirement into CMMS and Warehouse database for budgeting and stocking purpose

• Make, monitor, and review implementation of Warehouse Management Process procedure and instruction.

• Carry out of physical stock check on a regular basis and internal and external audit purpose

• Establish work procedure and include in the reporting system.

• Reporting to Warehouse Engineer for tool replacement inquiry also spare part and consumable replenishment.

• Support call out team in Emergency situation for tool of consumable required.

• Supervise House keeping activities at Warehouse building.

• Supervise Outsourcing Worker.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum diploma (D3) degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering

• Having minimum 6 years’ experience for Diploma Degree (D3) or minimum 3 years for bachelor’s degree (S1) working experiences as Warehouse Supervisor at O&M especially at maintenance section of large coal fired power plant.

• Having License OSH Forklift Operator Level II will be preferred.

• Fluent in English both verbal and written.

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

• Willing to join immediately.

 

CORPORATE COMMUNICATION JR. OFFICER

(1 person)

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and update company’s websites, intranet, internal bulletin, social media account and email.

• Create media and public communication, to enhance the positive image of the company.

• Produce an informative, attractive, important, and creative content/design for company communication tools internal & external that can be posted in several media platforms.

• Maintain company photo and video documentation.

• Create press release, standby statement, articles, other contents, and distribute promptly to journalist and/or media.

• Monitor and creating drafts to respond to media inquiries in a timely manner, coordinating responses that align with business objectives.

• Regularly track, analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication implementations, including media coverage, and narrative performance accross digital platforms.

• Maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists and influencers, leveraging these relationships to enhance the company’s good image.

• Handling administrative works related to corporate communication activities. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related fields

• Minimum 2 years working experience or fresh graduate that have internship program experience in corporate communication, public relations, mass media, and/or related positions.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Indonesian language both verbal and written.

• Comprehend content management systems, also communication and presentation through digital platforms.

• Able to use several design software such as Adobe, Canva and video editing.

• Able to use and operate digital camera & video.

• Could work independently or as part of a team.

• Good time management skills.

• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java

• Willing to join immediately.
