1. Local Content Monitoring

 The roles primary responsibility during the execution phase of a project is to carry out analysis to estimate the optimum local content for Project and other contract that support the project ; perform periodical monitoring progress of local content achievement and post audit verification; to cooperate with project team to meet local content target; liaise with Contractor and Independent Surveyor to ensure compliance with the verification schedule; to perform progress report monitoring.

a) Have an Engineering degree.

b) Experience in manage Project Local Content in a major oil and gas company or oil services Company.

c) Certified Local Content Verifier issued by DJM

d) Minimum 6 years of experience of working in a prior similar position.

f) Familiar with Local Content related provision such as MEMR Regulation no 15 years 2013, SKKM-PTK 007 Rev4 and it’s amendmends, SK Ditjen Migas no. 181.k/10/DJM.S/2014, Ministry of Industry regulation no.15/M-IND/PER/2/2011 and no.16/M-IND/PER/2/2011 

2. Petroleum/Production Engineer

a) Petroleum Engineering, Geology or Engineering related disciplines

b) 2+ years within the oil industry with Reservoir Engineering and Petroleum Engineering experience

c) experience in deep water and subsea well

d) experience well trouble shooting and production optimization

3. Shutdown Integrated Planner

a) Bachelor's degree majoring Engineering (Structural, Electrical/Instrument, Mechanical/Piping, Process).

b) Experience as Shutdown Planner in a major oil and gas company, with minimum 8 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.

c) Fully conversant with Planning Software such as Primavera, Ms Project, etc.

g) Develop shutdown planning, develop activities schedule, shutdown time lines and manpower loading,

h) Ensure all shutdown workpacks are completed for execution,

i) Integrate Production and Maintenance Activities plan with Project Development Activities Plan to avoid any clash during execution.

4. Operation Interface Engineer

Responsible to support FPU Production and Maintenance team during SIMOPS activities, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start up and shutdown activities. Minimum requirement as follows:

a) Engineering degree (preferred) major in Chemical Engineering, Instrument and Control Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

b) At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities 

c) At least 5 years of experience in offshore commissioning and start-up of oil/ gas field development projects 

d) Previous Upstream Engineering Floating Production Unit , or Offshore Platform experience would be advantage

e) Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially

5. Operation/Maintenance Technician

Technician is to ensuring that operating parameters for all control equipment at the Client  facilities are operating within design limits and that any abnormalities are communicated immediately and will support Senior Technician.

a) Graduate Diploma 3 with majoring Electrical/Instrument, Mechanical/Piping)

b) Must have more than 8 years’ experience in oil and gas industry and 5 years as technicians

6. Maintenance Engineer

a) Relevant Oil & Gas /engineering Master’s or bachelor’s degree from reputable university.

b) 7+ years’ experience in relevant Maintenance Engineering and Operation Readiness Assurance at upstream oil and gas facilities and CMRP certified is a must

c) Previous experience with Maintenance Management or technical experience.

d) A good understanding and working knowledge of pressure equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment

e) A good understanding and working knowledge of engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, C&A, etc.

f) Demonstrable and broad technical capability and understanding which encompasses all Maintenance related disciplines.

g) Familiar with RAM analysis, Maintenance Plan, RCM, Work Load Analysis, SPIR review, SECE & OCE Identification, Maintenance Strategy Selection, Major Maintenance on future Turnaround ,  CMMS data as per relevant MMS docs ie. MEL, PBS, Item Numbering, GMP etc

7. Technical Operation Support Engineer

a) Relevant Oil & Gas /engineering Master’s or bachelor’s degree from reputable university.

b) 10+ years’ experience in relevant Maintenance Engineering and Operation Readiness Assurance at upstream oil and gas facilities is a must

c) Previous experience with Maintenance Management or technical experience.

d) A good understanding and working knowledge of pressure equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment

e) A good understanding and working knowledge of engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, C&A, etc.

g) Familiar with RAM analysis, Maintenance Plan, RCM, Work Load Analysis, SPIR review, SECE & OCE Identification, Maintenance Strategy Selection, Major Maintenance on future Turnaround ,  CMMS data as per relevant MMS docs ie MEL, PBS, Item Numbering, GMP etc

8. CMMS Specialist

a) Bachelor Degree in S1 engineering

b) Relevant Oil & Gas /engineering degree and 7+ years’ experience with building a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS- SAP) Previous experience with CMMS system building and SAP certified is a must.

c) Proficient in Building, Customizing, and operating a SAP CMMS.

d) Previous experience with Maintenance Management or technical experience.

e) A good understanding and working knowledge of engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, C&A, etc.

f) A good understanding and working knowledge of pressure equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment

g) Demonstrable and broad technical capability and understanding which encompasses all Maintenance related disciplines.

h) Experience of transitioning from a spreadsheet-based maintenance system to a CMMS including systems review, data input and optimization of maintenance activities based on RCM.

9. Lifting Specialist

Responsible for setting clear standards and achieving compliance in the lifting operation management system, through document review-approval, supervision during execution including monitoring risk, barriers and mitigations. Acts as focal point for Company for the matters pertaining lifting operations of EPCI Project

a) Bachelor/S1 in engineering is preferable, or an extensive training and experience.

b) Minimum 5 years experience in Lifting Engineering or similar role

c) Having Nationally or internationally Recognized Units of Competency that are equivalent

d) Having advance knowledge towards Lifting Planning, Lifting Operation & Equipment Inspection

e) Having LOLER & PUWER Lifting Operations Awareness.

f) Having analytical ability to review Complex Lifting Plan & Task Risk Assessment.

10. Geologist/geophysics

a) Geology or Geoscience related disciplines

b) 2+ years within the oil industry with Reservoir Geology, Geophysics and/or Reservoir Engineering experience.

c) experience in deep water drilling campaign and operation

d) experience in reserves certification process on the green field development
