Process Safety Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering or science.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in upstream or downstream oil and gas industries, preferably for offshore operation in safety or operation or engineering

• Experience in process safety area at least 5 years.

• Familiar with international standards related to process safety.

• Familiar with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MoC) and safe work practices preferably at offshore facilities

• Familiar with key Process Safety Information such as: P&ID, Safe Chart, Single Line Diagram, etc.

• Familiar with BPM and SAP.

RBI Data Technician

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree D3

• Shall have experience with RBI software PCMS as company existing software.

• Familiar with government regulations for inspection and certification and international standard and code such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS and BS.

• Capable of working with risk-based inspection Software which is used by the Company to manage facility integrity inspection management.

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas facility integrity which include at least one of the following subjects: topside integrity, pipeline integrity and structural integrity.

• Preferably hold certificate of welding inspector WI B4T or equivalent.

• Preferably have ASNT level II certification scheme or equivalent at least one NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, DPT).

Document Technician

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1)

• Minimum 2 years working experience related to data management or oil and gas industry.

• Preferably understanding the systematic of engineering document management for oil and gas.

• Preferably understand electronic document management system (EDMS)

• Excellent skill on Microsoft Access database, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

• Familiar with engineering document type such as: P&ID, Safe Chart, Single Line Diagram, etc.

Mechanical Construction Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering major in Mechanical Engineering with solid experience in construction

• Minimum experience five (5) years for S1, with minimum three (3) years as similar position in oil and gas industry.

• Responsible for the mechanical designs of the oil and gas production facilities by developing the mechanical/piping design concepts, criteria and specifications, performing mechanical analyses and calculations, and reviewing and implementing government regulations, industry codes and practices.

• Familiar with the provisions of the codes, standards and recommended practices as issued by the following organizations and shall ensure that the facilities and mechanical systems are designed, fabricated, and tested in accordance with their codes and standards.

• Familiar with code & standard (ASME, API, AWS, NACE etc) in oil & gas industry

• Understand construction techniques that cover the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of piping and structural systems.

• Familiar with engineering drawing (P&ID, As Built Drawing, PFD, Autocad, etc)

• Familiar with NDT method

Geothermal Drilling Advisor

Requirements :

• Minimum 25 (twenty-five) year’s total experience in drilling activities with 15 (fifteen) years in overall geothermal drilling operation

• Must have previous experience in Geothermal drilling activities in both engineering and operation up to managerial position

Sr. Drilling Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum 15 (fifteen) year’s total drilling operation experience, including 7 (seven) years geothermal as Drilling Supervisor.

• Complete understanding of geothermal well control is mandatory.

• Having extensive geothermal field experience as Drilling Supervisor in various Geothermal drilling project throughout Indonesia, including geothermal areas with specific hazard such as unconsolidated formation, reactive clay and well control drilling challenges, is mandatory.

• Valid IADC / IWCF Certification

Night Drilling Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 (five) year’s total drilling operation experience.

• Valid IADC / IWCF Certification.

Drilling Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 (ten) year’s total drilling experience, including 5 (five) years geothermal drilling engineering experience.

• Understanding of Geothermal drilling standard, such as NZS code is mandatory.

• Understanding of Geothermal specific well control concept and previous experience of developing geothermal well control procedure is mandatory.

• Previous experience in developing geothermal stuck pipe prevention procedure.

• Having extensive geothermal experience in Drilling Engineering of various Geothermal drilling project throughout Indonesia, including geothermal areas with specific hazard such as unconsolidated formation, reactive clay and well control drilling challenges, is mandatory.

• Having experience in developing drilling contracts, including major drilling contracts such as

• Drilling Rig and major 3rd party services.

Drilling business support

Requirements :

• Minimum 15 (fifteen) year’s total drilling experience.

• Having project management/ supply chain management/cost certification is considered as highly added value.

• Having multiple geothermal experience on handling drilling support of various Geothermal drilling project throughout Indonesia.

• Having experience in developing and managing drilling budget, drilling cost control & drilling contract.

HSE Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum 10 (ten) years total experience in drilling operation, including 5 (five) years’ experience on geothermal drilling HSE.
