We looking for Several Position, for 4 Months Contract with possible extended.

 

1. Project Manager (project-based): Min. 5 years’ experience, has experience in Solar PV project

 

o Monitor and control the project schedule, including S-Curve and Weekly Report Review and sign-off.

o Review and approve the method statement.

o Review and approve as-built drawings.

o Review and 1st level approve necessary drawings to submit to Authority for getting permits/licenses/certificates if any.

o MOM preparation for the meetings.

o Review and 1st level approve the change request if any.

o Monthly project status and performance reporting.

o Review and approve daily, weekly EPC’s report before submitting to the Owner

o Weekly updates with the Project Owner regarding design, safety, construction activities, programme, and other associated matters.

o Ad-hoc technical advice. 

o Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Project Owner's Project Management Team. To enhance communication and transparency, we should use Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, and SharePoint.

 

2. Mechanical & Electrical Engineer (project-based): Min. 3 years’ experience, has experience in Solar PV project

 

o Monitor and control the construction schedule.

o Review and approve the construction method statement

o Manage the change on site.

o Coordination with the relevant authorities and interface stakeholders regarding the grid connection works, firefighting approval, construction permit, etc.

o Undertake regular daily inspections of the works and provide the Project Owner with ongoing monitoring of and advice on the project works on site.

o Formally inspect the civil and electrical Works items during construction as per ITP procedure.

o Review and approve detailed engineering design (“DED”) from EPC including as-built drawings review and sign-off.

o Coordinate and follow up the DED with the project owner and EPC based on project schedule.

o Daily update to Solar Engineer from Project Owner.

o Coordinate with the PM and CM to update information on DED approval to support the project's milestone within the target completion time.

o Review and approve the testing and commissioning plan.

o Supervise the testing for main equipment (PV strings, DC cable, Inverter, AC cable, …) and ensure the EPC strictly follows the Testing and Commissioning plan, ensure all the related inspection notes be fulfilled and signed by relevant parties before switch on the system.

o Supervise inverter testing or solar power quality testing after turning on the solar system.

o Supervise the testing and commissioning works on site, including testing without load and with load.

o Ensure electrical testing, I-V curve measurement, and PV thermal scanning while testing & commissioning.

o Review and approve Performance Ratio testing results in according with the OPR.

o Coordinate with the Roof Owner, EPC to issue the punch list to EPC and follow up until close the list.

o Ensure the EPC adheres to Method Statement, OPR, and Industry Best Practices in executing the works.

o Formally inspect all material/equipment when arrived at the site as per EPC’s invitation to ensure compliance with prescribed standards, especially given the corrosive nature of the environment of the works.

o On-going inspections and reporting on project QA/QC processes including the facilitation of ITP under the Project Contracts.

 

3. HSE Supervisor (project-based): Min 2 years’ experience, has experience in Solar PV Project

 

o Ensure that the works designed and performed under Project Contracts comply with the relevant Work Health and Safety Requirements by carrying out spot checks, assisting with the implementation of the risk management process, and ensuring Safety in Design.

o Monitor the Project activities to provide ongoing governance of compliance with Workplace Health and Safety legislation.

o Coordination with the relevant authorities and interface stakeholders regarding the HIRA, JSA and others permit.

o Through a full-time site presence, undertake ongoing spot checks which will include planned and unplanned checks of activities being undertaken on site.

o Work with the HSE team of the Project Owner to ensure EPC compliance with the HSE policy and applicable relevant regulations.

o Weekly/Monthly update report to the Project Owner regarding the HSE on-site.

o Coordinate with the HSE team of the Roof Owner to ensure the installation and all activities on-site comply with Roof Owner’s regulations.

o Weekly Report for waste and water conservation measures, including reduction strategies to comply with ESMS Requirements.

o Must have AK3 umum

o Preferably has TKBT-2 certification
