We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
1. QA/QC Project
Job Responsibilities :
▪ Ensuring that all preparation specification Electrical are in accordance with the client specification and international standards and Achievement of personal KPI.
▪ Makes and Preparing Electrical analysis, Electrical Specification, Data Sheet.
▪ Reviewing and check vendor document.
▪ Ensuring all preparation specification Instrument is in accordance with client specification and international standard and Achievement of personal KPI.
▪ Creating or Preparing Instrument analysis.
▪ Creating or Preparing Instrument Specifications.
▪ Setting all technical issues in the field.
Requirements :
▪ Male, max age 37 years
▪ Min. Diploma Degree from Engineering
▪ Have min. 3 years of experience in the same position at EPCI Company
▪ Familiar with Autocad
▪ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
▪ Familiar with international CODE for instrument and electrical
▪ Have experience in prepare the SOP or procedure for all instrument
▪ Able to prepare the instrument data sheet, instrument calculation, accessories instrument/BULK material, TBE
2. HR & GA Staff
Job Responsibilities :
▪ Responsible for the fullfilment of Man Power Planning, based on qualification from user
▪ Responsible for handling all recruitment process (sourcing, selection and hiring)
▪ Screening (increasing candidate resumes), Assessment candidate (knowledge and skill) and hiring the candidate
▪ Interview and assessment new candidate for new vacancy
▪ Managing document of new employees
▪ Managing contract for new employee and monitoring contract for exist employee
▪ Helping monitoring and assist compensation and benefits of employee
▪ Assist the HRM about administration of HR and Recruitment.
▪ Provide psychological testing and doing interpretation of psychological test results, collaboration with HRGA Supervisor
▪ Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
▪ Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
▪ Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
▪ Helping the GA staff to provide accommodation (hotel, tickets) for employees, which will make official travel
▪ Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
▪ Conduct coaching activities, training and activities related to skill development, potential, mental, skills and knowledge of employees in accordance with company standards
Requirements :
▪ Max. 35 years old
▪ Min. S1 any field, but preferably Bachelor Degree of Psychology or Human Resources Management
▪ Have min. 2 year working of experience as HRGA in EPCI Company or Oil & Gas Contractor, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
▪ Communicative, Multitasking, high mobility, honest and initiative person
▪ Good Communication and negotiation skill
▪ Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
3. Procurement
Job Responsibilities :
▪ Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance
▪ Receiving, Register PR
▪ Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well
▪ Learning and clarifying as needed with the User
▪ Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcontractor those that are in accordance with the request
▪ Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request
Requirement :
▪ Max 40 years
▪ S1 Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument, etc)
▪ Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI, Fabrication Company
▪ Have good negotiation and communication skills
▪ Have good knowledge of export and import procedure
▪ Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend
▪ Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.
▪ Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)
▪ Computer literate
▪ Good individual and team player
▪ Excellent in time management and planning skills
▪ Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
4. Accounting & Tax Staff
Job Responsibilities :
▪ Calculating, makes and report corporate taxation correctly so that the company's tax obligations can be carried out properly.
▪ Assessing the tax invoice is damaged or not, filing a number of funds needed for corporate tax payments.
▪ Making the recording process correctly so that company is able to present reports correctly and accurately.
▪ Knowing all the company finance transaction.
▪ Making daily journals and adjusting journals.
▪ Supporting composing finance reports for taxes.
▪ Making turnover equalization and Pph.
▪ Checking general ledger for each account
▪ Making reconciliation all ledgers related to others department (salary, guarantee bank, deposit, etc)
▪ Preparing documents for finance reports that related to external or internal.
Requirement :
▪ Maximum 33 years old
▪ Bachelor Degree in Accounting
▪ Minimum 3 year of working experience as Accounting and Tax Staff
▪ Good knowledge in taxation (Witholding Tax, PPh)
▪ Excellent skill in accounting and tax regulation
▪ Have some experiences as public accountant would be a good advantages
▪ Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
▪ Good command in English both written and spoken
▪ Systematic, detailed and well-organized.
▪ Computer literate
5. Asset Management Staff
Job Responsibilities :
▪ Makes company asset data reporting always updated and timely
▪ Ask all field operations to report asset data and KPI reports from the Warehouse Department in the field
▪ Collects warehouse & maintenance data from all areas of the company and compile it into one report
▪ Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system, including: the establishment of the Asset Management Unit and departmental policies and procedures Develop to safeguard assets
▪ Collects all company asset data and report it every month
▪ Analyze requests for purchases, repairs, loans, transfers and disposal of assets/non-assets to Department Head
▪ Helping prepare all documents for repairs, loans, transfers and disposal of company assets/non-assets
Requirement :
▪ Male, max. 40 years
▪ Minimal Bachelor Degree any field, preferably technic
▪ Have min. 1 years experiences asset management at EPCI Company, more preferred understanding maintenance administration
▪ Computer literate, more preferred Ms. Excel
▪ Skilled in filling out documents
▪ Willing to travel in project area
6. PPC
Job Responsibilities :
▪ Compile project plan and monitor the project.
▪ Managing and facilitating project plans / schedules, daily meetings, retrospectives and arranging meeting schedules.
▪ Controlling project costs, quality, and schedule.
▪ Coordinate with the Project Manager in relation to updating project progress and project plans.
Requirements :
▪ Max. age 45 years old
▪ Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent
▪ Have min.5 - 6 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication
▪ Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project
▪ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
▪ Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.
▪ Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.
▪ Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.
▪ Willing to be located at Project
