INTEGRITY & COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR

• Location : Jambi

• Work Schedule : Office Hour (Monday to Friday)

• (S1) Mechanical Engineering

• Should have minimum 10 years and of experience in oil & gas industries and 2 years experience as a Coordinator

• Have Welding Inspector Certificate by B4T

• Have a MIGAS certificate is preferred

• Have Min. 1 NDT Certificate

• Comprehensive understanding in Inspection equipment surface facility

• Have good knowledge in advance inspection

• Experienced in the preparation of Work Contracts (Work Plan, Requirements, Owner

Estimates).

• Experienced in generate work programs and routine inspection schedules for equipment

surface facility , Lifting gear & Rig/Hoist facilities.

• Experienced in preparing work programs and budgeting for WP&B SKK Migas

• Comprehensive understanding of Oil and Gas regulations related to COI and PLO Facilities.

• Ability to work independently

• Understand calculation RE/RLA for static or rotating equipment

• Understand Advance NDT Method

• Ability to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Minimal Sarjana (S1) Teknik

• Memiliki pengalaman di wilayah operasi pemboran selama minimal 9-10 tahun sebagai  Company Man/Drilling Supervisor.

• Mempunyai pengalaman menangani Sumur Workover dan Sumur Bor Medium Hazard (Potensi Loss, Kick, Terjepit & H2S)

• Mempunyai sertifikat yang masih valid: AP3 / IADC / IWCF (Mandatory) dan H2S, T-Bosiet (jika diperlukan)

• Memiliki pemahaman dan dapat menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point etc)

• Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Indonesia dan berbahasa inggris (jika diperlukan) yang baik

• Penanaganan Loss Circulation dan kick, serta memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman untuk  operasi DST, Coil Tubing, Wireline dan Slickline

• Memiliki sertifikasi minimum AP-3 (masih valid)

• Memiliki pengetahuan/pemahaman mengenai Drilling Engineering Software (Compass, Wellplan, Stresscheck dan sebagainya)

Project Manager

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) with experience 5 years in a similar position; or Diploma Degree (D3) with experience 8 years in a similar position in engineering (i.e. mechanical, metallurgy, structural, civil, naval architecture, offshore engineering).

• Preferably have experience in inspection and engineering

• Familiar with Microsoft Office.

• Familiar with manpower arrangement, planning and scheduling.

• Have strong leadership, responsive and good communication skills.

• Familiar with data recording, administration, and reporting.

Inspection Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in mechanical, material, structural, chemical, electrical with minimum related experience 10 years; or Diploma Degree (D3) with minimum related experience 15 years.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in facility static integrity engineering, risk-based inspection and it’s software in the oil and gas industry.

• Shall hold valid certificate API 570 / API 510 / API 580 / API 650 / API 1169.

• Shall have specific discipline expertise in topside plant equipment, piping, and structural integrity.

• Familiar with applicable government regulations, industrial standard and code such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS and BS for inspection, equipment / re-certification.

• Familiar with risk-based inspection (RBI) method and implementation as per API 580, API 581 and/or DNV RP G-101.

• Preferably possess ASNT level II certification scheme or equivalent at least for one NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, DPT).

• Preferably possess coating inspector certificate NACE, Indocor or equivalent

• Preferably have experience for corrosion under insulation (CUI)/ corrosion under pipe support (CUPS) / bolt inspection and repair\

• Preferably familiar working at offshore platform min for 5 years

• Good understanding of the implementation of ISO 9000 quality management system.

• Strong personal commitment to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) philosophies and practices.

• Experience in dealing with occupational safety issues in site environment.

QA/QC Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering (material, metallurgy, mechanical).

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in the QA/QC and/or inspection for oil and gas Industry which include at least one of the following subjects: topside integrity, pipeline integrity and structural integrity.

• Shall have valid certificate of welding inspector CSWIP 3.1, AWS QC1, WI B4T or equivalent.

• Shall have valid ASNT NDT level II certification scheme or equivalent (at least one for RT, UT, MPI, DPT).

• Familiar in developing and or reviewing ITP and welding procedure.

• Preferably holding a welding engineer certificate.

• Preferably have at least one of equipment inspection qualification by Government or accredited institution for pressure vessel, storage tank, crane, and piping inspection training.

• Familiar with applicable government regulations, industrial standard, and code such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS and BS for inspection, equipment certification and recertification.

• Preferably familiar working for offshore operation min for 5 years.

Reliability Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in engineering – electrical, chemical, mechanical, engineering physics, or industrial.

• Minimum 1 year experience with some reliability engineering experience (coop and internships welcome) & rotating equipment.

• Experience in a reliability or plant maintenance area would be considered an asset.

• Experience in using advanced reliability, availability, maintainability (RAM) analysis tool for analyzing reliability, availability, maintainability as part of predicting asset performance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent in computer literate in Windows (Ms. Access, Excel, Power point).
