Lead Planning Engineer

 

REǪUIRED WORKING SKILLS/ǪUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

• Minimum of 10 years’ working experience in a similar position or similar field

• Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.

• Strong expertise in planning techniques and tools.

• Experienced with end-to-end EPCI offshore projects

• Primavera P6 software and Microsoft Office Suite are mandatory skill

• Database knowledge is a plus

• Fluent in English both oral and written. Good Leadership & Communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organizations.

• Solid project management skills, including coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• drive the planning team to fulfill project request (internal/ external clients)

• Support in weekly and monthly basis the PCM for the reporting issuance.

• Proficient to work with MS Office package and database environments.

• Maintain forecast schedule in Primavera P6 software

• Support schedule update biweekly for Critical Path analysis

• Interface with other disciplines for collect information relevant for schedule update/forecast

• Supporting other PCON areas (reporting, cost) in their activities.

• Ensure the development of the project schedule according to the commercial needs Verify feasibility and criticality

• Participate to the commercial risk management activities at project start up:

• Ensure the implementation of the Planning and Progress Control System required by the contract complexity, riskiness, and duration, in compliance with the Project Breakdown Structure, Company Standards and Contract specification

• Interface and coordinate with other Company Functions or Discipline Leaders/Supervisors and Managers to build up activities, assign milestones and constraints by issuing the logic network

• Prepare all the reference baseline documents, and ensure that the projects planning and scheduling requirements are properly and clearly communicated to those functionally responsible for executing the work

• Issue all the relevant reporting, issue the Planning & Scheduling Procedure, Progress Measurement Procedure and Risk Management Plan for the Project Control Manager verification

• Update all Project Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating forecast dates, and monitoring any progress and productivity deviation compared with the baseline schedule, including the corrective actions taken by the PM

• Maintain the risk management process, organizing periodic meetings and verifying the risk owners’ feedback

• Maintain records for all significant events, like contractual claims/obligations, productivity, deliverables, materials status, with extensive use of Company/Partner/Client IT systems and reports.

 

Pipeline Pre-commissioning Engineer

 

REǪUIRED WORKING SKILLS/ǪUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Strong background in pipeline engineering principles, design, and installation techniques

• Has knowledge of offshore and onshore pipeline pre commissioning work

• Has knowledge of pipeline dewatering and N2 Packing

• Experienced at working in brownfield

• Having relevant experience in hydrotesting and pre-commissioning or a similar field.

• Strong understanding of technical documentation and operational scheduling.

• Proficient in performing material, consumable, and equipment calculations and verifications.

• Experienced in designing temporary items and overseeing fabrication processes.

• Ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals and manage procurement processes.

• Familiarity with pipeline design software and engineering tools.

• Understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for preparing reports and presenting findings.

• Willingness to work in both onshore and offshore environments

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Develop Pipeline pre commissioning procedure for dewatering, drying and N2 packing

• Prepare equipment mobilization, function test and other necessary equipment preparation

• Interface with subcontractor and company contractor

• Develop technical documentation related to hydrotesting and precommissioning activities as specified by project or bid requirements.

• Create and manage the operational schedule for hydrotesting and precommissioning operations in coordination with other function engineers.

• Perform calculations and verifications to select the appropriate materials, consumables, and equipment for hydrotesting and precommissioning.

• Design and oversee the fabrication of temporary items required for hydro testing and precommissioning operations.

• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from hydrotesting and precommissioning subcontractors, issuing relevant technical bid evaluations (TBEs) to the procurement department for final selection.

• Supervise the hydrotesting and precommissioning subcontractor during both the engineering and execution phases of the project.

• Monitor hydrotesting and pre-commissioning activities on-site for both onshore and offshore pipeline projects.

 

HSE OFFICER

 

REǪUIRED WORKING SKILLS/ǪUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

• Minimum 5 years working experience as HSE OFFICER in oil and gas industry

• Fluent in English both oral and written.

• Valid K3 Certificate (must be attached to the application)

• Solid project management skills, including coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

 

T&I Engineer

 

REǪUIRED WORKING SKILLS/ǪUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or Offshore Engineering.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas, offshore, or marine industry.

• At least 3 years of specific experience in transportation and installation (T&I) operations for offshore structures, pipelines, or facilities.

• Extensive knowledge of offshore engineering and construction standards, practices, and safety regulations, particularly in the oil and gas sector.

• Familiarity with EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation) projects is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in T&I-specific software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Orca Flex, or similar).

• Experience in developing and reviewing installation plans, method statements, risk assessments, and technical procedures.

• Knowledge of equipment and vessel types used in offshore installation, along with appropriate lifting, mooring, and transportation methods.

• Proven experience in planning, organizing, and overseeing T&I operations, including team and resource coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

• In-depth knowledge of industry safety standards and environmental regulations relevant to T&I operations.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Serve as the lead engineer on the barge, guiding the installation team, and ensuring

safe installation processes.

• Oversee project plans and installation aids, coordinate with the marine team for barge operations, and mobilize resources effectively.

• Plan and schedule staffing for offshore campaigns, including coordinating crew schedules, vessel movements, and logistics.

• Review subcontractor proposals and ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are certified, calibrated, and ready for the project.

• Develop and implement comprehensive T&I plans, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and installation procedures.

• Ensure that all T&I activities adhere to industry regulations, best practices, and project specifications.

• Monitor on-site T&I activities, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and support barge operations as needed.

• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders to review requirements, approve plans, and provide regular project updates.

• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, while contributing to the enhancement of T&I processes and methodologies within the department.

 

Lead/Methods Engineer

 

REǪUIRED WORKING SKILLS/ǪUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering

2. Minimum 8-15 years' experience in method engineering in the oil and gas industry.

3. Experience in offshore structure installation/operation. Capable to perform structure (jacket, modules, manifolds, templates, small items) installation/construction and design all installation Aids, in agreement and liaising with drafting department, lead method and vessel operation.

4. Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods, and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors.

5. Capable of interpreting complex designs and suggesting improvements to optimize project outcomes

6. Ability to monitor project phases, review team deliverables, and ensure all outputs meet specified requirements and standards

7. Competent in conducting site inspections to verify compliance with design and quality standards during preparation phases

8. Strong communication skills to liaise with onboard technical leads and vessel management, offering technical support and backup to installation teams

9. Hands-on experience in field engineering, with the flexibility to support both onshore and offshore operations when required

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Organize and coordinate the activities of the method engineering group assigned, tasks and workload providing technical and administrative guidance to the subordinate staff in order to ensure aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved

2. Administer the working program to ensure its implementation in accordance with

plans, design and specifications

3. Be responsible for interpretation, implementation and improvement of the proposed design solutions

4. Initiate and maintain filing system, document review and distribution, through subordinate staff

5. Monitor and coordinate all phases of the work progress and review procedures, reports and calculations of subordinate engineers, ensuring that deliverables, equipment, facilities and services meet specified requirements

6. Coordinate with the technical responsible on board of the vessel, in addition to providing backup to the installation team and advising the Vessel management on technical aspects of the job

7. Be additionally responsible for ensuring that all checklists and other installation records are completed in accordance with the procedures and passed to the ǪC Coordinator for compilation

8. Attend sites and carry out inspections, during onshore preparation, to ensure that all the requirements have been met

9. Participate to the critical offshore tasks to ensure their performance according to methodology and ensure the relevant feedback and lesson learned

10. Participate to the offshore activities with the role of field engineer, when requested both in the yards and offshore during the vessel operation campaign

 

Senior Buyer

 

REǪUIRED WORKING SKILLS/ǪUALIFICATION/CERTIFICATION

• Minimum 10 years working experience as procurement/buyer in oil and gas industry

• Strong expertise in negotiation and strategic thinking

• Familiar with SAP/Ariba

• Fluent in English both oral and written.

• Good Leadership C Communication skills, able to communicate effectively

• Solid project management skills, including coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with project goals.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

• Issue to vendors the Request for Ǫuotation based on given purchasing request

• Support the vendors dung the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the related bid info

• Prepare the commercial economic bid tabulation to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve bid result and/or select the vendor

• Lead the commercial/economic negotiation

• Prepare the purchase order subcontract based on standard General Purchase Terms and Conditions and Project Special Purchase Conditions, if any, and managing possible deviations

• Close out the bid process receiving purchase/subcontract confirmation by selected vendor and informing unsuccessful vendors about negative result of their bid

• Follow up and negotiate, if necessary, purchase order/subcontract revisions

• Maintain and follow project specific procedure and approval process (both Company and Contractor)

• Perform the assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools

• Check and comment the technical documentation received with the Purchase Requsition and Technical evaluation

• Manage contractual documentation (Archive) before the issue to centralized archive
